| As Chinese economic grows fast,China becomes one of the most attractive investment destination.In recent decades,Finnish companies invested significantly in China.HTCN is a daughter company of a Finnish company HT.In the first years HTCN localized itself to adapt to Chinese market and the operations has been quite successfully.As the operations go further,the managing team realizes that intercultural communication may affect the future operations heavily.It essential for the current teams between different facilities in Finland,Russia and China to be able to recognize,understand and accept the difference among each other,then improve intercultural communication skills,and establish a set of intercultural communication policy.This article reviews researches on cross culture and intercultural communications first,then focuses on the cultural difference in between Finland,Russia and China which are closely related to the company HTCN.On basis of that,the article collectssome cases reflecting the conflict of intercultural communications between Finland team and Chinese team.After analyzing the cases from intercultural communications aspect,the writer raises a few suggests on communication strategies to the Chinese team. |
