Yuelu shuyuan cang Qin jian岳麓书院藏秦简.2017.vol.5 contains 337 bamboo slips which were divided into three groups.The third group contains decrees of the Qin Dynasty with important information for studying the laws of the Qin Dynasty,they include Nei shi cang cao ling内史仓曹令,Nei shi pang jin bu ling内史旁金布令,Nei shi guan gong ling内史官共令,Qian li ling迁吏令,etc.This thesis presents interpretations of the third group of Yuelu shuyuan cang Qin jian岳麓书院藏秦简vol.5 and summarizes the relevant research results of scholars,it also puts forward my own ideas on the text of Nei shi guan gong ling内史官共令and Qian li ling迁吏令.This thesis is divided into three chapters,The first chapter is the interpretations of the third group,on the basis of fully integrating existing research,a more complete text is formed.The second chapter takes Nei shi guan gong ling内史官共令as the starting point and combines the Zhangjiashan statutes and Ordinances of the Second year张家山《二年律令》,and the Nei shi jun er qiang dan guan gong ling内史郡二千石官共令of Yuelu shuyuan cang Qin jian岳麓书院藏秦简vol.4 to conduct a comprehensive study.The third chapter takes Qian li ling迁吏令as the main body and discusses text and content.
