A Study On The Qin Bamboo Slips "Gulu" From Yuelu

The research on the shu lv system and the shu law and shu law in the qin and han dynasties has been a hot topic in the academic circle.The materials unearthed in the last century provide a new understanding for the study of related issues.However,the understanding of the garrison system and the shu law in the qin dynasty is not very clear because of the scarcity of materials.In 2017,yuelu academy of hunan university collected a batch of precious qin jian(known as yuelu qin jian).According to its main contents,yuelu qin jian can be roughly divided into six categories: journal,official adage,dream book,number book,report book and miscellaneous copy of law.Among them,the part of "miscellaneous copies of law" is of great significance to the history of the qin dynasty,especially the study of the law of the qin dynasty.The material of shu law in the qin brief of yuelu opens a new world for us to understand the system of shu law in qin dynasty.This paper first examines and interprets the relevant words and phrases in the brief text of "shu lv" written by yuelu in qin jian,and then collects and interprets the previous research results of scholars,so that the readers can have a general understanding of the meanings of relevant words and phrases in "shu lv" written by yuelu in qin jian,and understand the current research status of the academic community.On the basis of reviewing and interpreting the words,combining with the inherited literature and unearthed materials,this paper sorts out the different viewpoints of scholars on the basic concepts of garrison,garrison and garrison,and then makes a brief analysis,and then makes a reasonable analysis on the nature of garrison from the perspective of the development of the rule of law.Then through the analysis andinterpretation of the text,further analysis and study of the specific garrison system reflected by the law firm.Finally,on the basis of comparing the later legal brief,the northwest han brief and the tang law review,the author studies the evolution of shu law from the qin dynasty to the later generations,so as to explore the legal principle and historical significance contained in it.Finally view is no longer confined to YueLuQin Jane the defensibly law itself,the author through the horizontal connections,"our law" and "qiling law","xing law" relates in together,will they are under the big background of qin and han dynasties the legal system,by exploring their internal relations and differences,thus revealing,reveal the legal system,especially in qin and han dynasties,the law of relation and the difference between the Qin and Han Dynasties.
