| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,there is a great demand for cultural products.At the same time;the country has promulgated a series of policies to support and guide the cultural industry,especially the development of animation industry.Thirdly,the internet has greatly promoted the popularity of cultural products and has made cultural consumption much more conveniently.In this context,the cultural industry,especially the animation industry of our country has developed rapidly in these years,and the output of China’s animation industry increased year by year,and there will be a huge growth space in future.Therefore,although the animation industry is hard to handle,more and more enterprises are attracted to participate,the competition is being increasingly fierce.In this situation,if YF want to improve its core competitiveness,it has to make sure the goal of the company and formulate specific strategies.The thesis includes 4 main parts.Firstly,it uses classic strategic management theory and model to analyze YF’s external environment,including macro environment,industry development and competitive environment.Then,the article analyzes the development condition of YF in detail,including the enterprise organization,the value chain of the main business and the ability to integrate and use resources.Thirdly,the article makes clear goal of YF,on the basis of the analysis before,then put forward the competitive strategy of the enterprise.Finally,this article put forward relevant measures to implement the strategy from the aspect of enterprise organization,marketing strategy,expand of financial resources and optimization of human resources,as well as measures of evaluation and adjustment of the strategy in order to achieve the goal. |
