The Study Of Zhou Dai’s Patriotic Thought

During the War of Resistance against Japan,many patriots emerged among the senior generals of the Kuomintang,including Zhou Dai,the artillery commander of the Jin Army,who was born in Dai County,Shanxi Province.Zhou dai(1887-1972),Zi Liang,was Yan Xishan’s aide and was a pivotal core figure in the Jin Department Group.From an early age,he set up great ambitions,determined to report to the country,stood forward in times of national distress,and stood up unflinching in front of the great righteousness of the nation.Almost he paid his own life for the great cause of the nation.After three historical stages of the late Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China and the New China,he first joined the alliance,participated in the Taiyuan New Army uprising,experienced the war between warlords,and then fought bravely to kill the enemy and actively promote the peaceful liberation of Peiping during the period of unity between the KMT and the Communist Party of China against Japan.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,He supported the Party’s United front policy,voluntarily donated property,participated in the activities of the people’s political Consultative Conference(CPPCC),wrote various documents and historical materials,and contributed to promoting the peaceful reunification of the motherland.Mr.Zhou’s life is a patriotic life.The foundation of Zhou’s patriotic thought is based on the good family education,the influence of the edification of the social environment and the good teachers and helpful friends.The main content of his patriotic thought can be found in his family training.One is the "Be compassionate and help others within your abilities.";the second is the "The man is so shameless that it will flow down";the third is the "Go ahead and go along.";the fourth is the "to be generous and to take a sense of justice";and the fifth is the "The letter of loyalty is the foundation of the human being.".His patriotic thought is manifested in: juvenile study,the Revolution of 1911,the mixed war of the warlords,the War of Resistance Against Japan,the War of Liberation and the establishment of the new China.His patriotic thought still has an important enlightenment to the strengthening of the patriotism education in the new period.
