Current Situation Of Job Satisfaction Of Grassroots On-the-job Rural Order-oriented Medical Students And Promotion Strategy Research ——Take X College Of Medicine As An Example

BackgroundThe 19 th "Implementation of the Healthy China Strategy" of the CPC National Congress was included in the report,raising the status of improving people’s health and well-being to the national level.As early as 2010,China proposed free training for rural order-targeted medical students,aiming to further enrich the strength of grassroots medical talents,improve their professional ability,and gradually make every citizen enjoy fair public services in basic health.Doctors ’job satisfaction is related to the quality and efficiency of medical and health services,and it is also a key indicator of doctors’ tendency to leave jobs.As an important part of the primary medical and health team,the rural order-targeted medical students have a job satisfaction relationship The healthy development of grassroots medical and health undertakings needs to be paid and paid attention to.ObjectiveThis paper investigates the status of job satisfaction of rural order-oriented medical students in primary medical and health institutions,and discusses the key factors affecting the job satisfaction level of rural order-oriented medical students,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve job satisfaction.Then adjust the vocational education and training management,help rural order directional medical students with a more positive attitude,to better for rural order directional medical students training mode optimization,for grassroots medical institutions to cultivate a group of real down to the grassroots,in the grassroots,stay in the grass-roots medical talents.MethodsThe rural order students of clinical medicine from 2010-2013,and are now working in primary medical and health institutions,were selected for the questionnaire survey.A total of 262 questionnaires were distributed and 248 were recovered,with an effective rate of94.7%.Data analysis including descriptive analysis,analysis of variance,and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Differences were considered statistically significant at P<0.05.Twelve targeted medical students were interviewed by stratified sampling to further explore the factors affecting the level of job satisfaction.ResultsThe job satisfaction score of grassroots rural order-oriented medical students was（2.80±0.810）.Among the four dimensions,the four dimensions were scored from high to low as the leader（2.92±1.022）,the working conditions（2.89±0.865）,and the sense of responsibility（2.89±0.849）,which was the same as the working conditions,and the lowest external reward of（2.58±0.862）.In terms of job satisfaction level,the total score and all dimensions were significant in marital status,grade and salary（P<0.05）.However,there was no significant difference in gender,origin,household registration type,and the only child（P>0.05）.The salary level of70.6% of the respondents was RMB 3,000 yuan or less.According to the results of the questionnaire and interviews,the low level of job satisfaction of rural students with order-oriented medicine is mainly affected by four factors,such as development prospect,salary,management system and working environment.ConclusionsThe survival of rural order-oriented medicine is found in the problems of low job satisfaction level,low salary level and low willingness to stay.Among the four dimensions that influenced job satisfaction,the level of satisfaction with leadership was relatively high and had the lowest level of satisfaction with external rewards.For rural order-oriented medical students,the main factors affecting their job satisfaction level are development prospects,salary,management system,working environment,rank promotion,etc.We should fully consider the development prospect of grassroots rural targeted medical students and guarantee their career planning;medical institutions should strictly implement various policies and strengthen targeted medical students Humanistic care,further smooth promotion channels,optimize the working environment,so that targeted medical students without worries,rooted in the grass-roots.The government should improve policies,flexible mechanism,increase investment in primary medical institutions and strengthen incentives to improve job satisfaction and optimize the effect of free training programs for rural medical students.
