Study On The Supply Efficiency Of Basic Public Health Services At Provincial Level In China

Based on the new era and looking back on the past,the Chinese government adheres to the people first and has been unswervingly committed to improving the well-being of the people.Basic public health services are an important part of our people’s well-being.As an important part of basic public health services,how to continuously improve the supply efficiency of basic public health services and provide convenient,high-quality and efficient basic public health services,It is the unswerving goal of the Chinese government.In recent years,in order to promote the development of basic public health services,China has continuously invested in human,financial and material resources,and has made outstanding achievements in the construction of basic public health service system.However,it is impossible to effectively provide basic public health services only by increasing investment.At present,China is still facing a series of problems,such as insufficient total supply,unbalanced resource allocation and narrow supply coverage,which is a weak link in the supply of basic public health services in China.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the overall efficiency of the supply of basic public health services,so that the people can enjoy the high-quality and efficient basic public health services provided by the government,so as to narrow the differences between regions and groups providing basic public health services,continue to promote the equalization of social public health services,improve the level of cooperation and sharing,help promote synchronous prosperity,and make the results of development more and more equally benefit all people,Thus,it enhances people’s sense of gain,well-being and security.Based on the existing research,this paper uses scientific methods to establish the provincial basic public health service supply index system in China.By using the Three-stage DEA method based on efficiency calculation in deap2.1software,the supply efficiency of basic public health services in 31 provinces in China was obtained.The Malmquist index model is used to calculate the total factor productivity of each province in 2012-2019,and to analyze the change trend of basic public health services and supply efficiency across the country.Finally,this paper expects to provide practical policy suggestions for improving the supply efficiency of basic public health services in China’s provinces through the efficiency evaluation system and the calculation results.Standing at the meeting point of 100 years’ social and historical development,based on the new economic development stage,adhere to new ideas,form a new economic development pattern,and strive to promote the efficient and prosperous public health undertakings.We hope that by evaluating the supply efficiency of basic public health services in various provinces of China,we can promote the overall supply efficiency,so as to promote the overall prosperity of China’s public services,lay a foundation for China to achieve the equalization of basic public health services by 2035,and it is of great significance to comprehensively promote the construction of healthy China.
