With the rapid development of Internet technology application,people are increasingly relying on network resources in daily life.The Internet originated from ARPANET in the United States.IPv4 with only 32 bits of address resources was designed without considering security issues.By 2010,there were no IP addresses could be assigned.At the same time,some shortcomings existed in network structure and routing.In 2001,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China established a decimal Network working Group to develop a decimal system with independent intellectual property rights.By default,the decimal network adopts 256-bit address design,direct routing and the entire network system architecture.New address coding design,new addressing mechanism and new address architecture design constitute the core technology of decimal network.On this basis,the network system compatible with existing networks was designed.Based on the request task processing time as a performance evaluation parameter,this paper proposes a load balancing algorithm to avoid single point overload and other problems,and verifies the superiority of the algorithm through experiments.This article introduced health overall planning of ecological domain scheme based on decimal system network and the design of application module of medical system based on community medical treatment,studying the decimal system and related technology,meanwhile,combining with the Shandong Tai’an City existing community hospital conditions of software and hardware platform.In addition,this plan involves the overall business platform architecture,the overall technical architecture and the overall standard architecture,the overall security architecture,platform infrastructure,the network topology and hardware topology architecture of the platform.The system is divided into functional modules,and the functional details of each module are elaborated thoroughly.System entity attributes and corresponding E-R diagram bring conveniences to design the database.The system runs in the whole Tai’an City’s medical and health institutions,after commissioning,the system is stable,safe and reliable,the platform system can make full use of medical resources,sharing data,and avoid the repeated examination and excessive medication,which is beneficial for decreasing labor forces and financial forces.Moreover,this system is aimed at making medical and health information management more convenient which also has certain social value and application significance. |
