| In the process of the modernization of China’s vigorous social and economic development, the living standards of ordinary people have been significantly improved. At the same time, the trend of social aging is gradually increasing.People’s requirements for medical services are increasing, which makes the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical services increasingly prominent.Especially in early 2020,since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, telemedicine services have become preferred choice for the majority of patients to seek medical treatment,in order to reduce the gathering of people. In response to national policies and to alleviate the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources in Shanxi Province,in 2019,Hospital D established a medical alliance with 64 primary hospitals across the country. The telemedicine system of Hospital D was put into use in 2014.It can be used for telemedicine information services and consultations, remote consultations, distance teaching, and schedule management meetings. However,in the process of actually carrying out telemedicine activities with the "medical alliance" hospital, there are many problems in operation and management of hospital D.This study takes the current situation of telemedicine activities carried out by the telemedicine center of Hospital D and the "medical alliance" hospitals as the main research object.Personnel interviews and questionnaires were used to analyze in detail the current operation of telemedicine in Hospital D under the "medical alliance" structure. This study firstly elaborates on the research status and development level of "medical alliance" and telemedicine at home and abroad. On this basis, this study analyzes the actual situation of hospital D’s telemedicine activities with "medical alliance" hospitals. The main problems of insufficient service capacity, poor service effect, unclear service standards and high service cost of telemedicine service at this stage were found. In response to these problems, targeted optimization strategies are proposed: Strengthen the service team, improve the service process, unify service standards, and optimize the cost structure. Finally, combined with our country’s national conditions and the relevant policies of Shanxi Province to promote telemedicine, the risks are controlled in the process of optimizing the implementation of the strategy, and corresponding management inspirations are obtained. It is hoped that this research can provide certain management assistance for D hospital and "medical alliance" hospitals to carry out telemedicine activities in the future. |
