| In recent years, the incidence rate of autism in children has been increasing year by year, which seriously affects the family’s happy life.It is particularly important to intervene and correct autistic patients. The newly released diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental diseases points out that the two core obstacles of autism are social communication and communication obstacles and repetitive stereotyped behavior.Repetitive stereotyped behavior has the characteristics of many types, complex types and diverse forms, which has a negative impact on autistic children’s learning and life, integrating into society and mastering skills. How to improve the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children has become the focus of scholars. Many studies have shown that exercise intervention can effectively improve the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children.Sports dance integrates sports, dance and music. It has the functions of improving body shape, enhancing physical quality, cultivating sentiment, regulating emotion and releasing pressure. It is a branch of sports intervention.Up to now,the research results of using sports dance to intervene autistic children are rare. This study uses the methods of literature research, interview, observation, video recording, single subject experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the impact of sports dance on repetitive stereotyped behavior(target behavior)of autistic children. In order to achieve the goal of the case study, this paper selects three autistic children A,B and C as the experimental object of a single subject, and uses the two-month summer vacation to carry out a continuous and centralized intervention study of sports dance. The whole intervention process takes into account the intervention principles of development, interaction and integration.Referring to the sports dance training course for children aged 3 6 released by China Sports Dance Federation, the interactive form of single person, double person and group dance is adopted to observe and study the subjects’ typical repetitive stereotyped behavior(target behavior)around the three intervention stages of baseline period A,intervention expectation B and maintenance period A1.The experimental process has received the full support and cooperation of students’ parents, special education school managers and teachers. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The intervention effect of sports dance on autistic children is not achieved overnight. It needs gradual intervention aimed at target behavior. The intervention content of sports dance should highlight the learning concept of simple and easy to learn, gradual and incremental, and fully reflect the teaching characteristics of interest, interaction and integration; The total duration of each intervention class should not exceed 30 minutes.(2)The motivations of "target behaviors" of subject A is mainly to avoid tasks and ask for clear things; The motivations of subject B’s "target behaviors" is for clear things and attract attention; The motivation of subject C’s "target behavior" is for clear things, attract attention and sensory stimulation.(3)Through the intervention of sports dance on autistic children, the frequency and duration of "target behavior" of the three subjects decreased, indicating that sports dance can improve the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children and play a positive role in the development of autistic children.(4)Through the intervention of sports dance on autistic children, the correction degree and fluctuation trend of "target behavior" of the three subjects in the dry expectation and maintenance period are different, and the intervention effect on repeated stereotyped behavior is different. It shows that sports dance can improve the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children, but there are individual differences in the degree of improvement.(5)After the intervention was withdrawn in the maintenance period, the "target behavior" of the subjects still existed, and some of the "target behavior" showed a rebound trend. It shows that sports dance intervention can effectively improve the repetitive stereotyped behavior of autistic children, but it has a certain stage.Therefore,long-term adherence to the intervention means is the key to improve the effect. |
