Objective:to investigate the predictive value of glutamyltransferase in premature coronary heart disease and its correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods:from September 2019 to September 2021,a total of 573 patients who underwent coronary angiography in the affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College were selected, and the clinical data of the patients were collected in detail.according to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease: at least one coronary artery stenosis > 50% or more was divided into coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease group.Female patients aged 65 years were divided into two groups:early-onset coronary heart disease group(n = 220)and late-onset coronary heart disease group(n = 216).Blood samples were collected from the elbow vein, and blood tests were carried out, including liver function, renal function, blood routine, blood lipids and so on.And accurate and complete records of the general conditions of patients, including age, sex, history of smoking, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, family history of coronary heart disease, blood tests including γ-glutamyltransferase,blood glucose, mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, red blood cell distribution width, average red blood cell volume, blood cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein. The results of high density lipoprotein, homocysteine and uric acid creatinine. The coronary artery characteristics and risk factors were analyzed between the early-onset group and the late-onset group, and the Gensini scores of the patients in the early-onset group and the non-CHD group were calculated to determine the degree of coronary artery stenosis.at the same time, the correlation between serum γ-glutamyltransferase and coronary Gensini score was analyzed, all the analyses were carried out in SPSS software.Results:1.In terms of traditional risk factors, the proportion of patients with early-onset coronary heart disease and family history of coronary heart disease was higher than that of patients with late-onset coronary heart disease.2.in terms of the ratio of smoking to patients, the proportion of smokers in patients with early-onset coronary heart disease was significantly higher than that in patients with late-onset coronary heart disease.3.The serum platelet distribution width,γ-glutamyltransferase,homocysteine and uric acid in early-onset CHD group were higher than those in non-CHD group.4.The level of serum γ-glutamyltransferase in patients with early-onset coronary heart disease was higher than that in patients with late-onset coronary heart disease.5.For the number of branches involved in coronary artery disease, the coronary artery lesions in patients with early-onset coronary heart disease mainly involved two branches, while those in patients with late-onset coronary heart disease mainly involved multiple branches.6.There was a weak correlation between GGT and Gensini scores in early-onset coronary heart disease group,late-onset coronary heart disease group and all coronary heart disease groups.7.The above differences are statistically significant. Conclusion:Serum γ-GGT may be an independent risk factor for premature coronary heart disease and has a positive and weak correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease.
