Objective: analyze the hospital591cases of patients with early onset coronary heartdisease risk factors and coronary characteristics. Methods:Choose from2009to2013in ningxia medical university institute by coronaryangiography confirmed750cases of patients with coronary heart disease, according to the ageis divided into early onset coronary heart disease group (591cases266cases including the hui,han ethnic group,325cases) and early onset coronary artery disease in the group of159cases(92cases including the hui, han ethnic group,67cases). According to gender as male group(early onset group in which279cases,80cases of late onset group) and female group (theearly onset group312cases,78cases of late onset group), the common risk factors forcoronary heart disease: patients with familial heredity, obesity, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, high blood uric acid and coronary artery lesion characteristics carrieson the analysis comparison.Results:(1) Early onset coronary artery disease in group and early onset coronary arterydisease in the patient’s clinical risk factors and coronary characteristics analysis:(1) earlyonset group of clinical risk factors for early onset coronary artery disease in less than a group(as group of major risk factors: family history of coronary heart disease, smoking, high HDLand LDL, late onset group of major risk factors: hypertension, diabetes, blood uric acidincreased, increased serum creatinine, increased red blood cells), the above differences arestatistically significant (P <0.05); Early onset coronary artery disease in (2) the group ofcoronary artery lesion characteristics: in a single vascular involvement, rather than the earlyonset group was more vascular lesions; And the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05).(3) in early onset coronary artery disease in the group, for reference, the early onset ofcoronary heart disease risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) Logistic regression foundthat family history of coronary heart disease, smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, CHOL,UA, Cr, RBC is early onset coronary heart disease risk factors, and the difference isstatistically significant (OR>1.0, P <0.05).(2) Between different ethnic groups in patients with early onset coronary heart diseaseclinical risk factors and coronary characteristics analysis:(1) the hui family history of earlyonset group of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, history of drinking, highTG and low LDL were higher than in late onset coronary heart disease group, and there aresignificant differences (P <0.05); Diabetes, smoking, high uric acid in the two groups had nosignificant difference. In early onset coronary artery disease in the hui group, the coronaryartery lesions with single lesion (53%), in the early onset coronary artery disease in the group, with multivessel lesions (61%).(2) the han family history of early onset of coronary heartdisease, obesity, history of drinking, elevated WBC were higher than in early onset coronaryartery disease in the group, and there are significant differences (P <0.05); And diabetes, smoking, and uric acid increased, high triglyceride levels, there was no significant differencein the two groups. In early onset coronary heart disease group, the coronary artery lesions wassingle lesion, and there are significant differences (P <0.05), in the early onset coronaryartery disease in the group, with multivessel disease, mainly involving the left circumflexbranch, and had significant difference (P <0.05).(3) Early onset coronary heart disease in patients with clinical risk factors betweendifferent gender and coronary characteristics analysis::(1) male family history of early onsetof coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, smoking, drinking history, history of diabetes, low HDL-C, high glycerin hematic disease, high uric acid, serum creatinine increased, higher RBC were higher than in late onset coronary heart disease group, and there aresignificant differences (P <0.05); Obesity, high HDL there was no significant difference in the two groups. In early onset coronary heart disease group, the coronary artery lesions wassingle lesion, and there are significant differences (P <0.05), in the early onset coronaryartery disease in the group, with multivessel disease, mainly involving the left circumflexbranch and right coronary artery, and there are significant differences (P <0.05).(2) thefemale family history of early onset of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure is higherthan late onset coronary heart disease group, and there are significant differences (P <0.05);The history of obesity, diabetes, smoking, alcohol consumption, high triglyceride levels, therewas no significant difference in the two groups. In early onset coronary artery lesions incoronary heart disease group with single lesion (50%), in the early onset coronary arterydisease in the group, with multivessel lesions (62%). There are significant differences (P <0.05), mainly involving the left circumflex branch and right coronary artery, and there aresignificant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion:1、Family history of coronary heart disease, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes, UA,Cr elevated is a risk factor for premature coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease ismore common in single-vessel disease, non-premature coronary heart disease more commonin the group with multivessel disease.2、Hypertension, smoking history, uric acid is the major risk factor for prematurecoronary heart disease Hui, coronary artery lesions in multivessel disease mainly (53%).Family history of coronary heart disease, elevated creatinine Han premature coronary heartdisease risk factors of coronary artery disease based single-vessel disease (52%).3、Hypertension, smoking, high LDL-C, Cr elevated risk factors for men with prematurecoronary heart disease, coronary artery disease with single vessel disease mainly (52%). Hypertension, elevated uric acid for women with early-onset coronary heart disease riskfactors, coronary artery disease based multi-vessel disease (50%).
