Preliminary Study On The Difference Of Dermatoscope Characteristics Of Alopecia Areata Patients With Different TCM Syndromes In Chengdu

Objective: By collecting,investigating,statistical and analyzing the general data,TCM syndromes and dermoscopic features of 60 patients with alopecia areata,to study the differences of dermoscopic features of patients with different TCM syndromes and explore the relevant clinical significance.METHODS: The clinical questionnaire included "Registration Form of Basic Information of Alopecia Areata patients","Classification Table of TCM Syndromes" and "Registration Form of Dermoscopy Characteristics".Excel was used to process the original data,and SPSS26.0software was used for statistical analysis at last.Results:1.A total of 124 patients with Alopecia Areata were investigated,including 42 patients with liver-kidney Deficiency Syndrome,38 patients with blood-heat-generating-wind syndrome and 44 patients with damp-heat Accumulation Syndrome,in the three syndrome types,the duration of the main complaint was 1-5 months,2-8 months and 2-8 months,and the number of active cases was 22,12 and 8 respectively,the positive cases of yellow spot sign were 34,26 and 32 respectively,the positive cases of black spot sign were 28,20 and 28 respectively,the positive cases of exclamation mark were 28,20 and 10 respectively.2.Non-parametric test and Chi-square test were used for all data.The age of the liver-kidney Deficiency Group(mean rank = 37.98)was significantly higher than that of the damp-heat Accumulation Group(mean rank = 23.45).2.The duration of the main complaint in the hepatorenal insufficiency group was shorter than that in the damp-heat accumulation group and the blood-heat generating wind group(x = 5.372,P = 0<0.05).The number of patients in active phase in the liver and Kidney Deficiency Group was higher than that in the damp-heat accumulation group(x = 6.667,p = 0.001 < 0.05).In the yellow spot sign,there was no significant difference among the three groups(x = 1.713,p = 0.453>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups(x = 1.815,P = 0.399>0.05).The number of exclamation mark in liver-kidney Deficiency Syndrome was more than that in damp-heat accumulation syndrome(x = 8.120,P = 0.01<0.05).3.Conclusion:In alopecia areata,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome patients than in damp and hot accumulate knot of older patients,in the midst of the crowd of alopecia areata activity,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome patients than damp and hot accumulate knot syndrome Patients,liver and kidney deficiency the Pathogenesis might always runs through the whole course of alopecia areata,the above three type of syndrome of patients in the yellow point there is no obvious difference of tax levy and black spots,but liver and kidney deficiency syndrome patients than the number of card of damp and hot accumulate knot patients exclamation mark hair more,therefore,exclamation mark hair can not only suggest the possibility of disease activity in high,from the perspective of the local lesion of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,are also more likely to liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,therefore,In clinical work,doctors can use dermosco Py features as an auxiliary tool for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,so as to further improve the clinical efficiency and objective basis.
