Clinical Study Of Huangqi Yujin Decoction In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Type)

Objective: The ultimate purpose of this trial is to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Yujin Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type).Methods:In the outpatient department of Mianyang Hospital of TCM,68 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type)were collected and divided into control group(34 cases)and treatment group(34 cases).The treatment group was given Huangqi Yujin Decoction,and the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets.The course was 12 weeks.Finally,the data of two groups of patients,including before and after treatment,were accurately recorded,and the TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM symptom score,gastroscopic sign efficacy and histopathological efficacy of two groups were compared after the treatment.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in the course of disease,age,gender,total score of TCM symptoms,total score of gastroscopy signs and total score of histopathology between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The two groups can be compared in the next step.2.Comparison of clinical symptoms of TCM: After treatment,except for the chest tightness in the control group,there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P=0.106>0.05),the other symptoms in the two groups could be effectively improved(P<0.05).Then through the comparison between the two groups,we can know that after the treatment,the symptoms of epigastric distension,shortness of breath,lazy speech,loose stools,vomiting water,reduced diet,weak mouth,chest tightness and other symptoms in the two groups were improved to the same degree(P>0.05),but in terms of the degree of relief of symptoms such as warming and pressing,epigastric pain,belching and acid reflux,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes in two groups: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%,and that of the control group was 71.0%.The treatment group had more advantages than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of curative effect of gastroscopy signs: The gastroscopic signs of the two groups were improved to some extent(P<0.001).The efficiency of the control group was 61.3%,while that of the treatment group was 87.5%.The difference was significant(P<0.001).Therefore,the advantages of the treatment group were more prominent than the control group.5.The histopathological effect of the two groups was compared: both groups could improve the level of histopathology through treatment(P<0.05).In terms of histopathological efficacy,the effective rate of the control group was 58.06%,while that of the treatment group was 87.5%,so the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the pathological scores of the two groups,the results showed that the effect of the two groups was almost the same(P>0.05)in the improvement of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,but the treatment group had more advantages than the control group in the improvement of gastric mucosal atrophy(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: the two groups were relatively safe,in the process of this trial,there were no related adverse reactions.Conclusion:For the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type),the curative effect of Huangqi Yujin Decoction in the treatment group is more prominent than that of Weifuchun tablets in the control group.It can not only relieve the related symptoms of patients,but also improve the gastroscopic signs and histopathological level.To some extent,the process of chronic atrophic gastritis transforming into precancerous lesions is also slowed down correspondingly,thus reducing the incidence of gastric cancer.The drug is safe and reliable in clinical use,and has high value in clinical promotion.
