| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of medical ozone in the treatment of lower back pain relief after percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures;to clarify the medical ozone combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral bodies Compression fractures are important.Methods The subject will adopt a clinical observation method to collect aged osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and PKP surgery and regular anti-osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures in the Gezhouba Group Central Hospital for2017.01-2018.03.Treated patients.According to the different treatment methods used to track,observe and record the VAS scores,lumbar ODI disorder scores,and lumbar JOA scores of the injury/preoperative and postoperative 1d,3d,7d,and 14 d,and summarize the scores of each group.Finally,statistical analysis of intra-and inter-group correlationsResults 1)The probability of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in females is significantly higher than that in males;2)The lumbar ODI scores in all three groups have improved to varying degrees,but the ODI scores in the surgical group have increased significantly(1).P<0.05),compared with the two groups,the ozone had no significant effect on recovery of lumbar ODI dysfunction score(P>0.05);3).The VAS scores of the three groups were improved to some extent.The visual score was due to the conservative treatment group.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but the degree of VAS score recovery was higher in the ozone group than in the PKP group alone;4).The JOA scores of the lumbar spine were improved to some extent in the patients of the two groups.The JOA scores of the two groups were better than those of the conservative treatment group.The JOA scores of the lumbar spine were also compared between the two groups.The elevation of the lumbar JOA score in the ozone group was necessary.It was better than simple PKP group(P<0.05);5).The incidence of low back pain in the ozone group was lower than that in the simple PKP group.Conclusion 1).Medical ozone can relieve lumbar pain in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures;2).Medical ozone can reduce the probability of postoperative low back pain;3).PKP can relieve osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures The patient’s lumbar pain and lumbar function;4).Medical ozone does not help to improve lumbar function in fracture patients. |
