| ObjectiveThrough literature review,structured interviews and Delphi expert consultation,this study constructs a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for Chinese nursing staff.Based on the index system,a self-assessment questionnaire for comprehensive quality of Chinese nursing staff is compiled,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are carried out.Through the construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation model of Chinese medicine nursing staff,the research on the scientific and practicality of the constructed index system is carried out to promote and interpret the spirit of Nightingale,to promote the development of Chinese medicine nursing career and improve the people’s The level of health provides basic information and theoretical support.Methods1.Through literature review,the research content of Chinese medicine nursing and comprehensive quality related aspects is analyzed and analyzed,which provides scientific and perfect theoretical support for this topic.2.Select 15 clinical Chinese medicine nursing staff to conduct qualitative interviews,and initially construct the initial framework of the compre-hensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff.3.Select 20 experts,through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,modify and improve the preliminary construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff,and use it in the second round of expert consultation.The analytic hierarchy process,which obtains the weight of each indicator system,finally forms a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for Chinese medicine nursing staff.4.On the basis of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff,the self-assessment questionnaire of comprehensive quality of Chinese nursing staff was compiled,and 350 Chinese medicine nursing staff who met the inclusion criteria were selected for questionnaire survey.Through the Excel 2016 and SPSS22.0 soft-ware,the comprehensive nursing staff of Chinese medicine was integrated.The quality self-assessment questionnaire was tested for reliability and validity and correlation analysis.5.Using the comprehensive quality self-assessment questionnaire of TCM nursing staff after the reliability and validity test as the evaluation tool,400 TCM nursing staff who met the inclusion criteria were selected to conduct questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire was sorted out through SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 software.Through the analysis and analysis of the data,through the construction of the structural equation model,the scientific evaluation of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing staff is carried out,and empirical research is carried out.Results1.Based on literature review and structured interviews,eight first-level indicators and45 secondary levels including medical knowledge,Chinese medicine knowledge,operational skills,medical skills,professional ethics,risk control,career development,and individual traits were initially constructed.The initial framework of the indicator system for comprehensive quality evaluation of Chinese medicine nursing staff.2.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,8 primary indicators including 39basic knowledge,Chinese nursing knowledge,operational skills,medical skills,professional attitudes,risk control,career development,individual traits and 39 two were constructed.The index of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff,and completed the research on the weight of each index.3.On the basis of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff,a self-assessment questionnaire for the comprehensive quality of Chinese nursing staff was compiled.Statistical analysis of the questionnaires,such as reliability and validity test,project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis,the results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,through empirical research,verified the comprehensive integration of Chinese medicine nursing staff The scientific nature of the quality evaluation index system.Conclusions1.The comprehensive quality evaluation index system of Chinese medicine nursing staff constructed in this study has sufficient theoretical basis,and the indicators are welldefined and comprehensive,which can provide theoretical and realistic basis for the selection,training and improvement of Chinese nursing staff.2.The self-assessment questionnaire for comprehensive quality of Chinese medicine nursing staff prepared in this study has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a scientific and practical evaluation tool to evaluate the comprehensive quality of Chinese medicine nursing staff. |
