Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With In Vitro Counterpulsation Combined With Drugs Of Shexiang Baoxin Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of enhanced external counter pulsation EECP with drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill on stable angina pectoris SAP.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,120 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected from the cardiology ward of taishan nursing home shandong province,patients are all accord with the Chinese medical association branch of cardiovascular disease in 2007 released by the diagnostic criteria of chronic stable angina,and ruled out with enhanced external counterpulsation therapy contraindications and patients allergic to drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill pharmaceutical ingredients.All patients were randomly divided into four groups,30 patients in each group: routine treatment group,drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill group,in vitro counterpulsation group,and combined treatment group.The routine treatment group was given routine drugs recommended by the guidelines,such as aspirin enteric-coated tablets or clopidogrel,beta blockers,ACEI or ARB,statins,nitrates,etc.In the drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill group,two capsules(45 mg)were taken orally three times a day on the basis of conventional drugs.In vitro counterpulsation group,on the basis of conventional drugs,enhanced external counterpulsation therapy was added once a day for 60 minutes,5 times a week for 6 weeks.On the basis of conventional drugs,the combined treatment group was treated with oral administration of drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill and enhanced in vitro counterpulsation.The observation period of the above four groups was 6 weeks.After 6 weeks,electroca rdiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram,angina attack frequency,nitroglycerin consumption and serum hs-crp were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.Electrocardiogram changes: the electrocardiogram st-t improvement of the combined treatment group was better than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).2.Dynamic electrocardiogram changes: the mean total time of ischemic st-t changes,the frequency of st-t changes,and the number of premature ventricular beats in the combined treatment group were significantly better than the other three groups(P<0.05).3.Number of angina attacks: the number of angina attacks in the combined treatment group(the first week after treatment)was significantly lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).4.Consumption of nitroglycerin: consumption of nitroglycerin in the combined treatment group(the first week after treatment)was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).5.Serum hs-crp level: the serum hs-crp level of each group decreased after treatment,and the decrease level of the combined treatment group was greater than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of conventional treatment for coronary heart disease,the combination of enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation and drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris caused by chronic coronary heart disease,as well as the indicators such as electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram and hs-crp.2.It is safe and effective to treat chronic stable angina pectoris with enhanced extracorporeal counterpulsation combined with drugs of Shexiang Baoxin pill.
