| ObjectiveBased on the theory of three-dimensional quality structure,the evaluation index of nursing quality in laparoscopic surgery was constructed to provide a certain reference for the evaluation and improvement of nursing quality in clinical work of laparoscopic surgery,and to promote the sustainable improvement of surgical nursing service quality.Methods1.Based on the theory of three-dimensional quality structure,the evaluation indexes of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery were preliminarily developed by literature review and group discussion.2.Through two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation,the evaluation index of laparoscopic surgery nursing quality based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory was finally determined.The data of the letter questionnaire were double-checked and entered by SPSS22.0 software and statistically analyzed.3.Combined with analytic hierarchy process,yaahp12 software was used to construct the hierarchical structure model and pairwise comparative judgment matrix of evaluation indexes of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery.saaty scale was performed on the element values of the judgment matrix using the mean difference of evaluation indexes of the importance of indexes.After successful construction of the hierarchical structure model and judgment matrix,the weights of indexes at all levels of evaluation indexes of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery were calculated.And consistency test was carried out.4.In the empirical application stage,the index changes of the qualified rate of preparation for laparoscopic surgery,the qualified rate of nursing documents,the completion rate of laparoscopic equipment,patient satisfaction and medical satisfaction before and after the implementation of the construction index were observed through the inspection list and questionnaire,and the scientific and practical nature of the construction index structure and application were preliminarily evaluated.Results1.Based on the theory of three-dimensional quality structure,the final evaluation indexes of laparoscopic surgery nursing quality included 3 first-level indexes,10second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.2.The effective recoveries of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 95%and 94.7%,both >70%;The expert authority coefficients were 0.735 and 0.805,both >0.70;Experts have higher enthusiasm and authority in correspondence consultation.Coefficient of variation of expert correspondence consultation were 0.00-0.19,0.00-0.15,Kendall coordination coefficient(W)were 0.180 and 0.197,respectively,and P values of the two rounds of correspondence consultation were both <0.01.Expert consistency 1could be the index constructed in this study.3.The weights of all levels of nursing quality evaluation indexes of laparoscopic surgery and CR values of consistency test were all lower than 0.1,indicating that the weights of indexes were set reasonably and the results were reliable.4.Before and after the implementation of the evaluation index of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery in the empirical application,the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant.After the implementation of the index,the qualified rate of surgical preparation,the qualified rate of nursing documents,the completion rate of laparoscopic equipment,patient satisfaction and medical satisfaction were improved.ConclusionBased on the theory of three-dimensional quality structure,this study established the evaluation indexes of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery through literature review and Delphi expert letter consultation.The index system included 3 first-level indexes,10second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that the weight of each index is set and through the consistency test,the index is set reasonable;Through the empirical application,it shows that the evaluation index of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory is scientific,reliable and applicable,which provides a reference for the evaluation and improvement of surgical nursing quality,and promotes the efficient and sustainable improvement of nursing quality of laparoscopic surgery. |
