Objective: to understand the differences of NLR and lipid expression levels among different breast diseases and different breast cancer subgroups, and to explore the relationship between NLR and the occurrence, clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of breast cancer,so as to provide new intervention direction for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods: Selected from March 2010 to September 2020,150 patients with breast cancer who had undergone radical mastectomy, and 100 patients with benign breast tumor who had received surgical treatment in the same period were selected and analyzed.Blood lipid indexes(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C),absolute neutrophils and lymphocytes in blood routine were collected in 2 groups, and NLR was calculated for comparative analysis. Objective to understand the differences of these indicators between benign and malignant breast tumors, and to further understand the relationship between is observation indicators and different pathological stages, receptor expression, molecular typing, tumor size, lymph node metastasis status and prognosis of breast cancer patients.Spss 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.The preoperative HDL-C level of breast cancer group was lower than that of breast benign tumor group(P<0.05),while the preoperative TG and NLR levels of breast cancer group were higher than that of breast benign tumor group(P<0.05),and NLR had better screening value for breast cancer.2.The preoperative NLR level of breast cancer with tumor diameter greater than or equal to 2cm group was higher than that of breast cancer with tumor diameter less than 2cm group(P<0.05).3.Compared with breast cancer without lymph node metastasis, breast cancer with lymph node metastasis showed lower levels of HDL-C and higher levels of TG and NLR(P<0.05).The increase of NLR before operation may have a certain indication effect on axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.4.The later the TNM stage of breast cancer, the higher the preoperative NLR values(P < 0.05).5.The expression of TG and NLR in triple negative breast cancer group was higher than that in non triple negative breast cancer group(P<0.05).6.State of the pathological type, lymph node metastasis of tumor, preoperative blood LDL-C level, preoperative blood HDL-C level and NLR level have obvious correlation with prognosis(P<0.05),when LDL-C is normal in NLR anomaly than patients with normal NLR 7 years of survival rate of patients with lower(P<0.05),HDL-C and NLR is abnormal, the seven years of survival rate is lower(P<0.05).7.After 7.5 years, the survival rate of breast cancer patients with high NLR(NLR>2.45)and high NLR with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that of patients with low NLR and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Preoperative NLR and blood lipid levels are related to the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.Low HDL-C,high TG and NLR levels are positively correlated with the occurrence of breast cancer.2.The increase of NLR and TG before operation maybe has a certain role in indicating the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, and the higher level of NLR before operation may indicate the later stage of breast cancer.3.Preoperative NLR=2.45 can be used to judge the prognosis of patients with breast cancer. The prognosis of patients with preoperative NLR>2.45 is worse than that of patients with NLR≤2.45,and it has a certain clinical guiding role in the evaluation of breast cancer condition with blood lipid level.
