Objective To understand the distribution of high-risk groups of chronic diseases among employees in some units in Hainan Province,and further analyze the factors that affect the high-risk of chronic diseases,so as to provide reference for the advancement of chronic disease prevention and control work.Methods Convenient sampling was adopted,and 1,488 employees from some units in Hainan Province were selected as the research objects,and physical examinations(waist circumference,BMI index,blood pressure,etc.),laboratory tests(fasting blood glucose and serum cholesterol)and questionnaire surveys(population economics)were performed on them.Characteristics,life behavior style,living environment,etc.).Statistical analysis was performed using statistical description,(?)~2-test,binary logistic regression,canonical correlation analysis,etc.Results Among the 1488 subjects,1140 were detected in a high-risk state of chronic diseases,and the detection rate was 76.6%.Among the indicators of high risk of chronic diseases,442 people(38.8%)were at high risk of serum cholesterol,425 people(37.3%)were at high blood pressure,425people(37.3%)were at high waist circumference,421 people(37.0%)were currently smokers,and 105 people were at high blood sugar(9.2%).The single factor analysis found that the detection rate of the research subjects was in gende((?)~2=175.36,P<0.0001),age((?)~2=34.527,P<0.001),occupation((?)~2=17.37,P<0.001),education level((?)~2=4.28,P=0.038),body mass index grade((?)~2=11.11,P=0.001),whether to drink alcohol((?)~2=39.77,P<0.001),do you drink tea((?)~2=44.52,P<0.001),do you often skip breakfast((?)~2=4.70,P=0.03),do you often eat supper((?)~2=5.08,P=0.042),do you eat miscellaneous grains every day((?)~2=6.77,P=0.009),do you eat dairy products every day((?)~2=4.44,P=0.035),do you cook at home((?)~2=8.80,P=0.003),sit quietly every week((?)~2=11.11,P=0.001),sleep quality level((?)~2=13.51,P=0.004),kitchen fuel((?)~2=13.76,P=0.017),stool frequency((?)~2=12.45,P=0.006)and other factors have statistically significant differences in different situations(P<0.05).A multivariate analysis found that women are a protective factor(OR=0.186,95%CI=0.134,0.260),and the high-risk risk of 55-60 years old is no different from that of 35-39 years old.The risk of other age groups increases with age.high.Workers,farmers,husbandry and fishery workers have a higher risk of chronic diseases than other occupational groups(OR<1).There was no statistically significant difference in the high risk of chronic diseases between the underweight and normal people,and the overweight and obese people had a higher risk of chronic diseases than the normal people.Frequent alcohol consumption is a risk factor(OR=3.001,95%CI=1.332,6.761),and a sitting time of more than 15 hours/week is a risk factor(OR=1.685,95%CI=1.270,2.237).In further exploration of the influence of drinking-related behaviors on the high risk of chronic diseases,it was found that the frequency of drinking only 1-2 times on special occasions in the past year was a protective factor(OR=0.308,95%CI=0.110,0.865),and the rest of the drinking frequency There was no statistically significant difference between the high-risk risk of chronic diseases and not drinking alcohol(P>0.05).Excessive alcohol intake is a risk factor(OR=4.730,95%CI=1.498,14.93).The canonical correlation analysis found that men are currently the main smokers.As age increases,the level of systolic blood pressure increases.The higher the BMI index,the higher the waist circumference and the more common non-smokers.Workers,farmers,forestry,animal husbandry and fishermen have lower systolic blood pressure and serum cholesterol levels but higher diastolic blood pressure.Conclusion The high-risk detection rate of chronic diseases in the occupational population in Hainan Province is relatively high.The distribution of high risk of chronic diseases among different populations in different regions is quite different.Females,younger age groups,low body mass index levels and low frequency and small amounts of alcohol consumption are protective factors for the high-risk state of chronic diseases,while workers,farmers,husbandry,fishery and laborers,excessive alcohol intake,and sitting for more than 15 hours/week are all high-risk conditions for chronic diseases.Risk factors.Effective prevention and control strategies and measures should be formulated and implemented according to the risk factors of high-risk chronic diseases to control the prevalence of high-risk chronic diseases.
