Study On Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Gastric Precancerous State Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveIn this study,data mining technology was used to study the frequency,four properties,five flavors,channel tropism and prescription rule of effective Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of gastric precancerous state,to explore the general medication and prescription rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of gastric precancerous state,providing theoretical basis for Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical treatment of gastric precancerous state.MethodsLiteratures on the clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of gastric precancerous state from September 2011 to October 2021 were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,China Biomedical Literature Database（CBM）,China Science and Technology Journal Database（VIP）and PUBMED database.After eliminating the duplicate literatures,according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the final included literatures were screened out.Use Excel to input the information of syndromes and Chinese drugs in literatures and set up a database.After the data were standardized processed,the frequency statistics,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine were carried out by using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform.Results1 The results of literature retrieval: The operation was carried out in strict accordance with the retrieval strategy,and352 qualified literatures,involving 370 prescriptions,were finally obtained from the four major databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,China Biomedical Literature Database（CBM）,China Science and Technology Journal Database（VIP）and PUBMED database.2 Statistical results of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes: According to the frequency of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome types from high to low,there are spleen and stomach weakness syndrome（145 cases）,deficiency of stomach Yin syndrome（60 cases）,stomach collateral stasis syndrome（59 cases）,spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome（53 cases）,liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome（50 cases）,liver and stomach heat stasis syndrome（9 cases）.3 Statistical results of Traditional Chinese Medicine frequency: 370 prescriptions contained 227 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with a total use frequency of 4044 times.There were 51 herbs with drug frequency ≥ 18,and the top 10 were Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria Cocos,Codonopsis Pilosula,Pinellia Ternata,Tangerine Peel,Prepared Glycyrrhiza,Glycyrrhiza,Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Astragalus Membranaceus.According to the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,high-frequency drugs are summarized,and the order is: tonifying drugs,regulating qi drugs,clearing heat drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,relieving surface drugs,antidyspeptic drugs,hydrophilic and detumescent drugs,dampening drugs,warming drugs,reducing phlegm,relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs,removing blood stasis and stopping astringency drugs.4 Statistical results of the four properties and five flavor and channel tropism: The four qi were mainly warm（40.43%）and cold（31.95%）,followed by flat（23.50%）.The five flavors were sweet（30.00%）,bitter（26.86%）and spicy（24.35%）.The spleen（25.17%）,stomach（16.86%）and lung（16.86%）were the main meridians.5 The results of correlation analysis: The core drug combinations with the highest correlation degree were Atractylodes-Poria Cocos,followed by Codonopsis Pilosula-Atractylodes,Poria Cocos-Codonopsis Pilosula,Pinellia Ternata-Atractylodes,Pinellia Ternata-Poria Cocos,Tangerine Peel-Atractylodes,Astragalus Membranaceus-Atractylodes,Prepared Glycyrrhiza-Atractylodes,Tangerine Peel-Poria Cocos,Salvia Miltiorrhiza-Atractylodes,Astragalus Membranaceus-Codonopsis Pilosula.6 The results of cluster analysis: The drugs could be divided into 9 categories,A1: Poria Cocos,Atractylodes,Codonopsis Pilosula,Pinellia Ternata,Glycyrrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba;A2:Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Angelica,Astragalus Membranaceus,Zedoary Turmeric,Hedyotis Diffusa;A3: Bupleurum,Rhizome,Fructus Aurantii,Prepared Glycyrrhiza,Radix Aucklanicae,Amomum;A4:Coptis Chinensis,Dried Ginger,Scutellaria Baicalensis;A5:Corydalis Tuber,Cassia Twig,Jujube,Ginger;A6: Dandelion,Radix Glehniae,Polygonatum Odoratum,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Polygonatum Odoratum;A7: Radix Pseudostellariae,Gizzard Pepsin,Chinese Yam,Radix Curcumae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Fingered Citron,Magnolia Officinalis,Coix Seed;A8: Trogopterus Dung,Lindera Aggregata,Sculellaria Barbata,Toosendan Fruit,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;A9: Malt,Hawhorn,Dark Plum Fruit,Fructus Evodiae,Immature Bitter Orange,Panax Notoginseng.Conclusion1 From the overall prescription law,tonifying spleen and stomach is the fundamental treatment method.Tonic drugs are mainly used,warm,cold and flat drugs are mostly used,with sweet,bitter and spicy tastes.Atractylodes atractylodes-Poria cocos is the core drug pair,Sijunzi Decoction can be used as the basic prescription,aiming at invigorating the spleen.In terms of compatibility,it is often compatible with qi drugs,heat-clearing drugs,dampness-reducing drugs and blood-stasis removing drugs.On the basis of taking care of spleen and stomach,take into account liver and lung,it is added or reduced according to clinical symptoms to achieve the effect of fuzhengquxie.The overall drug use reflects the characteristics of combining cold and warm,bittersweet coexistence,acrid opening and bitter downbearing.2 From the prescription rules of different types of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia are based on tonifying spleen and stomach,or adding Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Rehmanniae to nourish Yin;Or join Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Angelica and so on to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis;Or join Pinellia,Coptidis and so on to clear heat and benefit dampness;Or add Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba and so on to soothe the liver and relieve depression.The difference is that the medication for chronic atrophic gastritis focuses more on invigorating the spleen,regulating qi,clearing heat and reducing dampness,while the medication for intestinal metaplasia focuses more on promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxification,nourishing Yin and benefiting the stomach.3 Ancient and modern medical case cloud platform is convenient and scientific to analyze the prescription rules of gastric precancerous state.It can quickly analyze the data of drug frequency and prescription rules,better understand the law of dispatching prescription of the disease,and has certain reference value for further discussion on prescription rules.
