Research On Whole Life Cycle Risk Management Of XZ Bank-medical Project

The bank-medical project is an engineering project established by the bank in cooperation with the hospital,which integrates registration,medical treatment and financial functions.Bank-medical project can not only optimize the process of medical treatment,solve the hidden trouble of doctor-patient contradiction,but also promote the sinking of medical service,build a high-quality and efficient medical and health service system,and it is also an important way for banks to enrich modes of batch customer acquisition.In the normalization of epidemic situation,the bank-medical project can reduce the mass gathering in hospital and avoid infection to some extent,which is the trend of optimizing the demand of the medical treatment mode under the current social environment.Bank-mecical project has wide social impact.The occurrence of risk events may cause business stoppage,deepen the contradiction between doctors and patients,damage the reputation of banks and hospitals.Moreover,due to the lack of unified standards for system construction,the lack of necessary management skills of project managers and numerous partners,the types of risk factors are diverse.Therefore,the risk management of bank-medical project is particularly important.On the basis of combing the relevant theories of risk management and from the perspective of life cycle management,this paper studies the risk management of bank-medical project case in practical work.This paper selects XZ bank-medical project as a research case and divides the whole life cycle of XZ bank-medical project into project initiation stage,project preliminary preparation stage,project construction stage and project on-line operation stage（including exit）.By using Delphi method to conduct detailed risk identification at each stage of bank-medical project,this study identifying technical risk,information security risk procurement risk and other 14 risk elements.Afterwards,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to objectively and fully evaluate the identified risks,and obtains the risk weight of each risk factor of XZ bank-medical project and the risk score value of the whole and each stage of XZ bank-medical project.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the risk response strategies at each stage of XZ bank-medical project,and implements the risk response guarantee measures by using the whole process risk control method,establishing problem log and risk register etc.This paper uses a variety of methods to study the risks in the whole life cycle of XZ bank-medical project,summarizes the experience of risk management of bank-medical project,combs the risk response measures,which can give guidance to the risk management of similar bank-medical projects and enrich the relevant research on risk management of bank-medical Project.It also helps to improve the risk management level of bank-medical project.
