The Clinical Observation Of Niuhuang Sanqing Powder In The Treatment Of Infantile Mammothie Syndrome Of Excess Of Lung And Stomach Heat

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Niuhuang Sanqing Powder on the syndrome of excessive heat in lung and stomach of pediatric tonsillitis and to enrich the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric tonsillitis.Methods 80 children with lung and stomach heat type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the pediatric outpatient department of the First Middle School Hospital of Baoding.The treatment group was given Niuhuang Sanqing Powder and the control group Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral solution.Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and laboratory examination results of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.The improvement of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and the effect on tri-focal stasis fever were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Blood routine,urine routines,liver and kidney function and other related safety indexes were detected,adverse events were recorded and properly handled to observe their safety.Results 1 Comparison before treatment: there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease,disease distribution,main symptom score,minor symptom score,TCM symptom total score,laboratory examination results and other aspects(P>0.05),and it was comparable.2 after treatment,two groups of children in primary and secondary symptoms integral compared between groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group were superior to control group: before and after treatment,two groups of children in the amygdala,hyperemia swelling,tonsil fester,sore throat,fever,thirst,mandibular Angle lymph node enlargement,defecate and urinate,tongue like scoring compare within the group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,were better than before treatment after treatment.3 after treatment,two groups of children in the laboratory test results of white blood cells,neutrophils and c-reactive protein indicators compared between groups,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,the difference between treatment group: before and after treatment,two groups of children in the aspect of laboratory results compare within the group,in white blood cells,neutrophils and creactive protein indicators,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment.4 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.92%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than the control group.During the treatment.5 no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions 1.Cape three times clearing energy can improve the symptoms of pediatric tonsillitis,tonsil swelling,breast purity,thirst,mandible trumpet,lymph node,urination,stool and tongue,which is better than Prussia sworm oral liquid.2.The three scavenging energies of plowhuang can improve the indexes of leukocyte,neutrophil and C-reactive protein,which is equivalent to pandan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.3.Niuhuang Sanqing Powder is safe and reliable in the treatment of pediatric tonsillitis of lung and stomach hot type,without adverse reactions.Figure0;Table16;Reference 98...
