| Objectives To investigate the relationship between serum cyclophilin A(CyPA),leucocyte differentiation antigen 147(CD147)and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)with acute cerebral infarction and its carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 141 patients with acute anterior circulation atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the cerebral infarction group(case group),and 49 participates came to this hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.According to the thickness of carotid media-media,the cerebral infarction group was divided into carotid atherosclerosis group(CAS group)and non-carotid atherosclerosis group(nonCAS group).The basic data and laboratory indexes of the subjects were collected,and the serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.It was defined as exposure when CyPA,CD147,and Lp-PLA2 levels were greater than or equal to the population mean.Data were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.The method of two-sided test was used,and the difference was considered statistically significant when P<0.05.Results 1 Univariate analysis of the relationship between serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 with ACI showed that it was statistical significance the levels of CyPA,CD147,Lp-PLA2 in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group,and the risk of ACI was increased when the levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 were increased(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that after controlling for other influencing factors,CyPA(OR=5.921,P<0.05),CD147(OR=5.415,P<0.05)and Lp-PLA2(OR=5.332,P<0.05)with elevated levels are the risk factors for ACI,and the relationship between serum CYPA level and ACI was the closest.Compared with the first cerebral infarction group,the serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 were higher in the nonfirst cerebral infarction group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 in severe cerebral infarction group were higher than those in light cerebral infarction group and medium cerebral infarction group(P<0.05).Compared with the mild cerebral infarction group,the serum level of CD147 in the medium cerebral infarction group was higher(P<0.05).2 Univariate analysis of the relationship between serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 with CAS accompanied ACI showed that it was statistical significance the levels of CyPA,CD147,Lp-PLA2 in CAS group were higher than those in non-CAS group,and the risk of CAS accompanied ACI was increased with the levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that after controlling for other influencing factors,CyPA(OR=3.777,P<0.05),CD147(OR=3.726,P<0.05)and Lp-PLA2(OR=3.415,P<0.05)with elevated levels are the risk factors for CAS accompanied ACI,and the relationship between serum CYPA level and ACI was the closest.The levels of serum CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 in the carotid unstable plaque group were higher than those in the non-plaque group and the stable plaque group,and The levels of serum CyPA and Lp-PLA2 in the stable plaque group were higher than those in the non-plaque group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of serum CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 in severe stenosis group were higher than those in non-stenosis group,mild stenosis group and moderate stenosis group,and the levels of serum CD147 in moderate and mild stenosis group were higher than that in non-stenosis group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The levels of serum CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 are related to ACI.Elevated serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 are associated with increased risk of ACI,and the levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 are significantly increased in non-firstepisode patients and severe acute cerebral infarction patients.2 The levels of serum CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 are related to CAS accompanied ACI.Elevated serum levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 are associated with increased risk of CAS accompanied ACI,and the levels of CyPA,CD147 and Lp-PLA2 were significantly increased in patients with unstable plaque formation and severe stenosis of carotid artery.The levels of CyPA,CD147,and Lp-PLA2 in patients with ACI could reflect the severity of CAS to a certain extent.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 132... |
