| The development of the Internet and science and technology has changed people’s work and life.With the improvement of people’s work efficiency,sleep problems have become increasingly prominent.The survey found that the impact of electronic products,poor sleep quality,sleep delay and other states of the population of young people accounted for a large number,the age of sleep disturbance group gradually younger.Therefore,using sleep management APP to guide and intervene people with sleep disturbances to help them get a better sleep is a meaningful work with market application prospects.First of all,through literature research and actual case analysis,this paper elaborates the current social problem of sleep disorders,discusses the national attention to the national sleep quality,as well as the human diseases and potential risks caused by poor sleep quality.Then,the persuasive effect of existing sleep management APPs is analyzed and measured from three dimensions of product positioning,user satisfaction and product revenue,and the advantages and disadvantages of representative sleep management APPs are summarized as a reference for the design and practice of this topic.In terms of theory,based on the need for healing,this paper integrates the "persuasion theory" of design science and the "mindfulness training" therapy originated from medicine and psychology,and puts forward the design strategy of sleep management APP,so as to create a positive energy reserve for the insomnia group due to anxiety and psychological pressure.In the specific design practice,the author transformed the training methods of mindfulness therapy,such as body scanning,mindfulness meditation,breathing space,etc.Users’ emotional records and training results are given visual feedback in order to increase interest.In the process of page jump,the trigger function of interface jump is highlighted to guide the user to train,so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable arrangement and effective management of self-sleep. |
