Current Situation Of Health Empowerment Ability Of Community Hypertension Patients And Its Impact On Quality Of Life

Objectives In order to understand the status quo of health empowerment of hypertension patients in community,analyze the influencing factors of health empowerment of hypertension patients in community,and explore the relationship between health empowerment and quality of life of hypertension patients in community,to provide scientific basis for actively preventing and controlling hypertension and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods Using convenience sampling method,770 community residents aged 18 years and above suffering from hypertension in Nanguan and Quanxing communities of Shandong Province were selected from October 2019 to September 2020,the subjects were investigated with self-designed General Demographic scale,Chinese version of chronic disease empowerment scale(LTCES),Disease Acceptance Scale(AIS),self-efficacy scale,Chinese simplified version of resilience scale(CD-RISC10),health literacy scale,APGAR and quality of life scale.All data are established by database using Excel software input,and data entry and analysis using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software,counting data is described by number and composition proportion;measurement data is described by average and standard difference,correlation is Pearson related analysis,influencing factors of health empowerment of patients with community hypertension adopt linear multiple regression analysis.Results 1 General Data:770 community patients with hypertension were selected.The ratio of male to female was 1:1.5.The age distribution was 480(18～54)and 290(55～90).The prevalence rate of hypertension was 65.46% and 20.39% after 5 years.2 Status of health empowerment of hypertension patients in the community:(1)The level of health empowerment: The average score of health empowerment was(157.03±25.90),the average score of life attitude was(30.09±6.36),the average score of self-cognition was(28.13±4.37),mean Scores of Knowledge Acquisition Dimension(11.34±2.11),selfcontrol dimension(40.73±8.21),participation dimension(28.55±4.30),empowerment dimension(18.19±4.18).(2)Single factor analysis of influencing factors on health empowerment of community patients with hypertension: education level,old-age insurance,hypertension complications,disease acceptance,self-efficacy,mental resilience have influence on the level of health empowerment,statistical Test P & Lt;0.05,the difference was statistically significant,family function,primary caregiver,family member,community medical service,home service of medical staff,distance of community health service center had influence on health empowerment,statistical Test P & Lt;0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Results of multi-factor analysis on the influencing factors of health empowerment in community patients with hypertension:Pension Insurance,family function,whether relatives work in medicine,medical personnel visit home service,distance of community health center and health literacy are the direct influencing factors of health empowerment in community patients with hypertension,p ≪0.01,the difference was statistically significant.3 Quality of life in community patients with hypertension: mean score of quality of life(425.99±96.71),the average scores of physiological function dimension were(77.91±23.51),emotional function dimension were(71.26±40.36),physiological function dimension was(68.77±40.38),mental health dimension was(56.93±16.30),and energy dimension was(54.66±15.46).4 The influence of health empowerment on the quality of life of hypertension patients in community: There was a positive correlation between health empowerment and quality of life(r=0.255),P ≪0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Path analysis shows that among the factors that affect health empowerment,health acceptance,resilience,family functioning,whether a loved one is in the medical profession,whether a health worker visits the home,distance from a community health center,and health literacy affect quality of life through health empowerment,old-age Insurance,medical staff home service on the quality of life has a direct impact.Conclusions 1 The community hypertension patient’s health empowerment is in the above-average level,the self-control,the life attitude,participates in the decision-making dimension score high.2 The influencing factors of community hypertension patients’ health empowerment include self,affection and society.It mainly includes:whether there is endowment insurance,accepting degree of disease,mental flexibility,Health Literacy,assessment of family function,Utilization Degree of social resources,whether relatives are engaged in medicine,visiting service of medical personnel,distance of community health center.To enhance the level of health empowerment of hypertension patients in community,we should improve the coverage rate of old-age Insurance,mental flexibility,disease acceptance,Community Health Service,Health Literacy and family support.3 The community hypertension patient has strong health empowerment ability,while the patient has high quality of life;it can
