Objectives To explore the risk factors of vascular invasion in colorectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer patients who were admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal surgery of Hebei Provincial people’s Hospital from January 2017 to May 2017.The age, sex, blood type,BMI,gross type of tumor, histological type, maximum diameter of tumor, location of tumor, occurrence of intestinal obstruction, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis(LNM),number of lymph node metastasis,N stage, depth of invasion, recurrence and metastasis,3-year disease-free survival rate and 3-year survival rate were recorded. The risk factors of lymphatic vascular invasion(LVI)were statistically analyzed by chi-square test and Logistic method, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in sex(P=0.813),age(P=0.787),blood type(P=0.979),BMI(P=0.870),gross type(P=0.936),h-istological type(P=1.000),maximum diameter(P=0.656)and location of tumor(P=0.895)between vascular invasion group and non-vascular invasion group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in intestinal obstruction(P=0.017),degree of differentia-tion(P=0.001),lymph node metastasis(P=0.014)and depth of invasion(P=0.044)(P<0.05).Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in 3-year dise-ase-free survival rate(P=0.044)and 3-year survival rate(P=0.044)between vascular i-nfiltration group and non-vascular invasion group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis sho-wed that the correlation between vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis(OR:0.346,95%CI:0.126-0.948,P=0.039),intestinal obstruction(OR:0.228,95%CI:0.055-0.945,P=0.042)and degree of differentiation(OR:0.130,95%CI:0.043-0.394,P=0.000)was st-atistically significant. Conclusions 1 The occurrence of vascular invasion is related to the maximum diameter of tumor, intestinal obstruction, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion, but has no relation with age, age, blood type,BMI,gross type of tumor, histological type and location of tumor.2 The prognosis of patients with vascular infiltration was significantly worse than that of patients without vascular infiltration.3Lymph node metastasis, intestinal obstruction and degree of differentiation are independent risk factors for vascular invasion.Figure 4;Table 8;Reference 155...
