Objective : To investigate the general situation of pelvic lymph node metastasis, clinical factors, pathological factors, and the correlation between preoperative SCC-Ag level and lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer undergoing surgery in our hospital.Use a reasonable treatment plan to provide a reference. Methods: From January2009 to November 2019,all patients with cervical cancer(stage IA-IIB)who underwent surgical treatment in the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and had clear pathological data in the pathology department of our hospital were selected and included.Seventy-two patients were univariately analyzed for the relationship between 6 factors including patient age, clinical stage, tumor diameter, vascular tumor thrombus, depth of muscular invasion, and preoperative SCC-Ag level and pelvic lymph node metastasis. The significance is further analyzed by multi-factors and conclusions are drawn. Results: The 76 patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were aged 27 to 72 years(mean age 49.5years),with the highest incidence in the 40-year-old age group, vascular tumor thrombus, myometrial invasion depth, preoperative SCC-Ag level, tumor diameter and cervical cancer lymph node metastasis were correlated(P <0.05),which was statistically significant, and clinical stage It has a certain impact on cervical cancer with pelvic lymph node metastasis, but the difference is not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that vascular cancer thrombus(P=0.036),and depth of muscular invasion(P=0.037)SCC-Ag level(0.019)is a significant independent risk factor for pelvic lymph node metastasis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: The rate of pelvic lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer(stage IA-IIB)undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital is 14.47%(11/76).Among them, the right obturator lymph node is the most common. The risk factors are vascular cancer thrombus and muscle. The depthof layer invasion, and preoperative SCC-Ag levels are independent risk factors for pelvic lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer.SCC-Ag levels are of certain significance in predicting pelvic lymph node metastases in cervical cancer and can be used in clinical reference.
