Professor Wen Weibo’s Law Of Syndrome And Drug In Treating Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Based On Data Mining

Objective: To explore the syndrome and medicine rule of professor Wen Weibo in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods: the medical records of Professor Wen Weibo in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected.After data standardization,the data were recorded into "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5".Data mining was carried out on the basic information,symptom,syndrome type,four nature,five flavors,meridian classification,traditional Chinese medicine category,drug frequency,drug combination,syndrome-symptom-drug rule and potential new prescription.Results:1.A total of 302 prescriptions were collected,including 136 patients,119 female patients(87.5%)and 17 male patients(12.5%).The age of the largest number of patients was mainly between 40 and 50 years old(33.09%).2.There are 7 syndrome types,of which qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome is the most,specifically: qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome(31.1%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(19.2%),liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome(16.6%),liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome(12.6%),yin deficiency and fire syndrome(7.9%),liver fire syndrome(6.6%),spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(6.0%).3.The four characters of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly cold(41.33%),warm(27.59%)and flat(26.06%),and the five tastes are bitter(32.39%),pungent(28.79%)and sweet(26.24%).4.A total of 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,including heat-clearing drugs(23.65%),deficiency-tonifying drugs(19.55%),qi drugs(18.20%),expectorant drugs(8.67%)and blood-activating drugs(5.42%).5.There were 193 syndromes,and the top 10 syndromes were pulse string,goiter,dyspnea,chest tightness,foreign body sensation in throat,fatigue,irritability,phlegm in throat,distension and pain in ribs,and bitterness of mouth.6.A total of 172 traditional Chinese medicines were used,and the top 10 were Prunella vulgaris,Bupleurum,Poria,oyster,tangerine peel,white peony,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria thunbergii and licorice.7.46 combinations of 3 drugs,12 combinations of 4 drugs and 11 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Professor Wen Weibo mainly treats Hashimoto’s thyroiditis from seven syndrome types.Professor Wen believes that the pathogenesis of HT is mainly responsible for the liver,involving the spleen and kidney for a long time,liver depression,spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency,turbid phlegm and blood stasis in front of the neck.The treatment is mainly heat-clearing medicine,deficiency-tonifying medicine,qi-clearing medicine,expectorant medicine and blood-activating medicine.The four natures and five flavors of the drugs are mainly bitter and cold,and the meridians are led by returning to the liver meridian.The core drugs include Prunella vulgaris,Bupleurum,Poria,oyster,tangerine peel,white peony,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria thunbergii,licorice and so on.Generally,Professor Wen Weibo pays attention to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine pharmacology,combining disease differentiation and treatment with dialectical treatment.
