Clinical Observation On Yunnan Hongyao Capsules In The Treatment Of NPDR Fundal Hemorrhage(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of Yunnan Hongyao Capsules in the treatment of NPDR fundal hemorrhage(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods: In this study,84 cases treated in the outpatient and inpatient services of Department of Endocrinology and Ophthalmology of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of TCM from December 2019 to 2020,who were diagnosed as NPDR and fundal hemorrhage and whose syndrome were qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were collected,the cases who up to snuff were randomly fall into the control group and the treatment group,the front group was treated by Calcium Dobesilate Capsules on the basis of basic treatment,while the other group used Yunnan Hongyao Capsules on the basis of the previous group.The course was 8 weeks.Through observation of the changes in the curative effect indicators of two groups before and after treatment,such as best corrected vision,The amount and scope of the fluorescence obscuration of fundus hemorrhage,TCM syndrome and other therapeutic indicators,and statistical analysis,the efficacy and safety were comprehensively evaluated.Results: The number of cases finally completing this study was 84,and there were no dropout cases in the two groups.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of best corrected vision of the treatment group was 85.71%,but that in the control group was61.90%,The treatment group was superior to another group(p<0.05);The reduction rate of the amount and scope of the fluorescence masked by fundus bleeding under FFA in the treatment group was 76.19 %,the control group was 59.52%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the other group(p<0.01);The betterment rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 88.10%,and the control group was 64.29%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the other group(p<0.01).During the entire treatment process,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patientsConclusion: Yunnan Hongyao Capsules can effectively improve best corrected vision of NPDR invalids with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,reduce fundal hemorrhage.Also,they play a significant improvement role in TCM clinical symptoms without obvious adverse reactions.
