Research On The Clinical Application Effect Of Four-element Linkage Refined Care In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Electronic Bronchoscope

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application effect of doctors’ team-nurses’ team-patientfamily member four element(be called four-element)linkage refined care interventions in diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope,explore the new clinical nursing method of diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope and to provide theoretical basis for perioperative nursing of the diagnosis and treatment of growing electronic bronchoscope,rapid recovery of the patients with diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope.MethodsUse convenient sampling method,a total of 110 inpatients in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine who planned to receive the first diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope from January 2020 to August 2020 in a Grade A hospital in Qingdao were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and experimental group 55 cases in each according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,the experimental group was given four-element linkage refined care by doctors’ team-nurses’ team-patient-family member on the basis of routine nursing,the contents include the joint development of refined perioperative nursing intervention measures,special diagnosis and treatment technical refined care and coordination points by the joint team members,refined nursing intervention under the interaction of doctor-nurse-patient-family members was carried out in different time periods of preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative of diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope.Compared the two groups of the effects of preoperative self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,mastery of relevant knowledge in perioperative period(including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative)of diagnosis and treatment of the electronic bronchoscope,the changes in vital signs during diagnosis and treatment and diagnosis and treatment compliance,re-diagnosis consent rate,incidence of postoperative complications,hospital stays and nursing satisfaction.SPSS24.0 was used for data processing and statistical analysis,so as to evaluate the clinical application effect of four-element combined refined nursing in diagnosis and treatment of the electronic bronchoscope.Result1.After intervention,SAS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was no statistical significance in the degree of mastery of relevant knowledge during the perioperative period(including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative)of bronchoscopy before intervention between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the degree of mastery of relevant knowledge during perioperative period(including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative)was improved in both groups,the mastery of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The rate increase,the increase of systolic blood pressure,the increase of diastolic blood pressure and the decrease of blood oxygen saturation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The compliance of the diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope in experimental group(90.91%)was higher than that in control group(65.45%),the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);The consent rate of the diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope in experimental group(45.45%)was higher than that in control group(23.64%),the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(10.91%)was lower than that in the control group(27.27%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The hospitalization time of the experimental group(7.09±1.43)days was shorter than that of the control group(8.18 ± 1.69)days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(96.36%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe doctors’ team-nurses’ team-patient-family member four element linkage refined care can effectively improve the patient’s preoperative nervous anxiety,increase the degree of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative related knowledge,reduce the change range of vital signs during the process of diagnosis and treatment,improve the operative compliance of the diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope and the consent rate of rediagnosis,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,short the hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.It provides a new clinical nursing method for the diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope,promote the rapid recovery of patients with the diagnosis and treatment of electronic bronchoscope,and has a good guiding significance for the perioperative nursing of the increasingly developed diagnosis and treatment of the electronic bronchoscope.
