Objective:To investigate the expression of the subunit of chromosome condensed protein complex Ⅰ(NCAPD2)in bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: 30 patients who underwent partial cystectomy or total cystectomy were collected, and their bladder cancer tissues(experimental group)and paracancerous tissues(control group)were taken. The relative expression of NCAPD2 in cancer tissue and normal tissue was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and the difference of NCAPD2 expression level was analyzed. Results: In bladder cancer tissues, the expression level of NCAPD2 was related to the differentiation degree(pathological grade)of bladder cancer. The expression of NCAPD2 in well differentiated specimens was 11.026 ±1.521,and that in poorly differentiated tissues was 12.880 ±0.742.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).At the same time, there was no significant difference between NCAPD2 expression and other clinical related indexes such as sex and clinical stage of patients.two。.The expression level of NCAPD2 in urothelial carcinoma of bladder was 2.96 times higher than that in paracancerous tissues, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The high expression of NCAPD2 may be positively correlated with the progression of bladder cancer, which may be of certain significance in early diagnosis, monitoring index of postoperative reexamination and evaluation of prognosis of bladder cancer...
