Objective:To discuss the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO)and bridging integrator 1(Binl)in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical pathological significance.Methods:The research was conducted on a group of 42 curative surgically resected tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues from BUC patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College from November 2016 to December 2017.IDO and Binl expression in tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were measured by Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.The relationship between IDO,Binl expression and clinicopathologic factors of BUC,the relationship between IDO,Binl were analyzed.Results:1.In 42 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues,expression of IDO mRNA was up-regulated in 36 cases(85.71%).The expression of IDO mRNA in adjacent non-tumor tissues was lower than in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues obviously(t=-2.931,P<0.01).The expression of IDO was related to histological grade,histological classification and TNM stages of bladder urothelial carcinom(P<0.05).But they had no obvious relation to sex,age,tumor size(P>0.05).2.1n 42 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues,the Bin1 mRNA in 16 cases(38.10%)of the bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues expression is missing.Expression of Bin1 mRNA in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues was down-regulated in 24 cases(57.14%).The expression of Binl mRNA in adjacent non-tumor tissues was higher than in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues obviously(t=3.487,P<0.01),The expression of Bin 1 was related to histological grade,histological classification and TNM stages of bladder urothelial carcinom(P<0.05).But they had no obvious relation to sex,age,tumor size(P>0.05).3.In bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue IDO expression was negatively correlated with Binl expression(r=-0.628,P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Compared to adjacent non-tumor tissues,the expression of IDO increased in bladder urothelial carcinoma;the expression of Binl decreased in bladder urothelial carcinoma.2.In bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue IDO expression was negatively correlated with Bin1 expression.3.The expression of IDO and Binl was related to histological grade,histological classification and TNM stages of bladder urothelial carcinom.The expression of IDO mRNA get much higher with the increase of histological grade and TNM stages.With the increase of histological grade and TNM stages,the level of Binl mRNA get lower.But IDO and Binl had no obvious relation to sex,age,tumor size.It illustrated that the two factors were associated with the malignant behavior of bladder urothelial carcinoma and might participate in its progression.They may become diagnosis the bladder urothelial carcinoma and new prognostic indicators.Both of them are likely to be new potential therapeutic target for treatment of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
