Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Demand For "Integrated Medical Care" Pension Insurance In Guangdong

According to relevant statistics,there were 250 million people over 60（including 60 years old）in China by the end of December 2020,accounting for 80 percent of China’s total population.It is a big problem how they provide for the aged.Based on the results of a household survey conducted in Guangdong Province in 2020,people aged over 65 in the family are more than twenty-four percent in the province.In response to the problem of population ageing,in order to ensure the quality of the old’s life and maintain social stability at the same time.in recent years,all levels of our governments in our country actively have encouraged the development of "medical care combined with Endowment Insurance".The combination of the old-age Insurance of medical care and social care is a kind of welfare insurance,which has strong positive externalities.Due to the factors of razor-thin profit and profit for business in Guangdong Province,which needs government to lead some other social subjects to join and to provide some suggestions for the development of the "medical-care integrated" endowment insurance in Guangdong Province.Based on the actual situation in Guangdong Province,we first make a qualitative analysis of the "combination of medical care and endowment insurance" in Guangdong Province,which analyzes the advantages,problems and influencing factors of the old-age insurance that combines medical care with medical care in Guangdong Province.Secondly,by using multiple regression analysis method,we make a macro-analysis on the demand of "medical care combined with endowment insurance" in Guangdong Province from the aspects of population,individual,economic and social factors.CONCLUSION: it shows a significant negative relationship in institutions of higher learning with the demand of "medical care combined with endowment insurance in the proportion of the number of people per 100,000 people,the proportion of population over 65 years old,sex ratio,per capital expenditure on health care.Finally,it is suggested that the government should take the lead,in order to increase the demand of the people in Guangdong Province,we should introduce other social subjects to take an active part in the old-age care service,perfect the corresponding laws and regulations,change the old-age care concept,and develop the "medical care combined"old-age insurance products which meet the needs of the contemporary old-age.
