As a common cardiovascular disease,arrhythmia is timely detected and early warning,which is of great significance to patients’ life and health.The emerging mobile monitoring management mode can continuously monitor the patient’s physiological information data through the Io T technology for real-time monitoring,and provide a platform for information sharing and real-time communication for medical staff,patients and patients’ families,and rationally allocate medical resources.As a core part of arrhythmia mobile monitoring,detection algorithm has important research and practical value to improve its detection efficiency and accuracy.Based on the recursive characteristics of cardiac cycle activity,this paper proposes arrhythmia detection algorithm based on Recurrence Quantification Analysis and Recurrence Complex Network.By extracting the nonlinear characteristics of ECG signals,the potential of morphological and statistical features cannot be accurately captured.Nonlinear variation,a simulation experiment to identify five common heart rhythm types.With the help of RQA and RCN,the nonlinear recursive characteristics of the cardiac chaotic system can be analyzed nonlinearly,which provides a new perspective for arrhythmia detection and obtains97.1% recognition accuracy.Applying the detection algorithm to the monitoring of cardiovascular patients in the mobile monitoring management mode can promote the creation of new medical treatment modes and improve the effective real-time communication between medical staff,patients and family members,while ensuring the health and safety of patients.Improving the quality of life is the development trend of medical services in the future.
