With the rapid development of wireless sensors, mobile communica-tion and cloud computing, and the improvement of people’s living stan-dard. A higher requirement for the real-time, reliability and security of the healthcare service has been put forward. In the Wireless Mobile Health-care Monitoring Network (WMHMN). As the characteristics of monitor-ing target, the monitoring health data is personal very sensitive and impor-tant information. Privacy has become the primary consideration in the de-sign of WMHMN. Thus, it is particularly important to design high efficient privacy-preserving scheme, which also play a vital role in the development and application of WMHMN.According to the privacy issues in the mobile social network layer and cloud service layer of the WMHMN. A secure symptom matching routing protocol and emergency response scheduling mechanism were proposed respectively in this paper. Both privacy-preserving scheme defense and resist a variety of attacks, ensure the security of information transmission, storage and access. The secure symptom matching routing protocol, make full use of the features of WBAN and mobile social networks. It take personal symptom information as matching vector and find relay users by symptom match-ing result. Based on somewhat homomorphic encryption, the protocol guarantee the privacy of the symptom information and the reliability offorwarding. For the emergency response scheduling mechanism. Based on M-DRQs, bilinear pairing and homomorphic encryption technology, consid-ering both distance and attribute matching degree between medical userand healthcare service provider. A secure emergency scheduling algorith-m is proposed, and the property of timeliness, efciency and privacy isachieved.
