Clinical Study Of Qishen Bufei Fang In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Related Interstitial Lung Disease(Qi-Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe and compare the changes of the relevant indexes of Qishen Bufei fang combined with conventional western medicine and pure western medicine in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis related interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD)(qi-Yin deficiency type),And evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qishen Bufei prescription combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of RA-ILD.Looking for a better solution to treatment RA-ILD.Seek a more economical,safer,more effective and suitable for clinical promotion of treatment.Methods:In this study,a prospective,randomized,controlled study method was used.collected 41 RA-ILD patients who met the inclusion criteria in the department of respiratory medicine,department of rheumatology and immunology of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to December 2018 were collected.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into trial group(21 cases)and control group(20 cases).In the trial group Qishen Bufei fang combined with methylprednisolone and cyclophosphaide was used.Control group only use methylprednisolone and cyclophosphaide.The treatment course of both them was 3 months.The clinical symptoms,dyspnea score,KPS score,laboratory indexes,HRCT score,6MWT,lung function examination,adverse reactions and other changes of patients in the two groups before and after medication were analyzed.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qishen Bufei fang in the treatment of RA-ILD.Results:Comparing the date before treatment(P>0.05)between the experimental group and the control group,the date were comparable.After treatment,dyspnea score,TCM clinical symptom score,number of joint swelling and pain,KPS score,HRCT score,relevant laboratory indexes,6MWT,and lung function in both groups showed improvement(P < 0.05).The clinical symptom score,dyspnea score and KPS score of the trial group were improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The trial group was superior to the control group in cough,chest stuffy breath,dry mouth and pharynx,fatigue,hot flashes and night sweats(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the trial group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of 6MWT,the walking distance of the trial group increased more than the control group(P < 0.05).Safety analysis:During the treatment,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the trial group,1 case of nausea and vomiting occurred in the control group which was in remission after symptomatic treatment.There were no significant differences in blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function between the two groups before and after the test(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Bufei fang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with RA-ILD(qi-Yin deficiency type),improve the activity tolerance of patients and improve the quality of life.No adverse reactions were observed.
