Objective: To explore the related factors influencing pregnancy after tubal anastomosis and improve the pregnancy rate. Methods: 99 women of tubal ligation in our hospital who underwent tubal anastomosis from October 2012 to January 2018 and sustained trying to conceive for at least 1 year were analyzed retrospectively. To analyze the correlation of surgical method,Patency during operation, age, body mass index, sterilization time, anastomotic site, postoperative tubal length, fallopian tube score and postoperative pregnancy. All data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0softwareResults:(1)The pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis in our hospital was56.57%.(2)There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between transabdominal micro tube anastomosis and laparoscopic tube anastomosis(P >0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between unilateral and bilateral tubal patency(P > 0.05).(4)The highest pregnancy rate of patients under 35 years old was 76.92%.The pregnancy rate of patients under 35 years old and 35-40 years old group was significantly higher than that of 40 years old group(P < 0.0167).(5)The pregnancy rate of BMI normal group was higher than that of hyperrecombination(P < 0.05).(6)The lowest pregnancy rate was 33.33% in the group with sterilization time more than 10 years, which was statistically significant compared with the group with sterilization time less than5 years and 5-10 years(P<0.0167).(7)The pregnancy rate in the isthmus-isthmus group was significantly higher than that in the ampulla-ampulla group(P <0.0167).(8)The pregnancy rate was the lowest in the group with the length of fallopian tube≤7cm,which was statistically significant compared with the groups with the length of 7<L≤ 9cm,9<L≤11cm and > 11cm(P < 0.0125).(9)The pregnancy rate of mild group was 75.47%,which was significantly higher than that of moderate group and severe group(P < 0.0167).(10)Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that,Age is the risk factor for pregnancy. For every 1year of age adding, the risk of pregnancy increases by 1.383 times;Postoperative tubal length was a protective factor for pregnancy.for every 1 cm increases in postoperative tubal length, the risk of pregnancy decreased by 1.48times;Fallopian tube score is a risk factor of pregnancy, compared with mild, the risk of pregnancy of moderate group increased by 4.352 times, the risk of pregnancy of severe group increased by 33.139 times. Conclusion: The older the age,the higher the fallopian tube score, the lower the pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis;the longer the retained tubal length after anastomosis, the higher the pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis.
