Purpose Through retrospective analysis of the relevant data of PET/CT in lung cancer patients in our center,to explore the diagnostic value of PET/CT for lung cancer and needle biopsy.Methods(1)Collectingthe clinical data of patients diagnosed with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 at the PET/CT center of our hospital. All patients have undergone fiberoptic bronchoscopy or percutaneous cytology or surgical tissue samples 67 confirmed lung cancer patients, analyzed the PET-CT metabolism and imaging examination results for comparative analysis;(2)Collecting multiple lung lesions in our hospital from January 2009 to April 2013,punctured by chest CT After the biopsy,62 patients needed a second biopsy due to the unclear diagnosis. The puncture site was selected under PET/CT positioning, and the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate and false negative rate of puncture biopsy under the guidance of ordinary CT and PET/CT were analyzed.Results(1)Among 67 patients with lung cancer diagnosed by PET/CT,51 cases were confirmed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy or needle biopsy, and 16 cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology. The PET/CT of 67 patients showed abnormally high radioactive uptake in lung lesions, with SUV value of 2.1-19.8and median SUV value of 12.7±3.4;enhanced CT scans of 28 patients showed rough edges of lung lesions, which were visible after enhancement Obviously enhanced, the CT value is between 23-49Hu;HRCT examination of 39 patients showed that the lung lesions showed signs of burr, bronchus truncation, and pleural depression.(2)Among the 62 patients with multiple lung masses included in the study, the diagnostic accuracy of the first biopsy was 75.0%,the sensitivity was 69.2%,the specificity was 68.7%,and the false positive rate was 25.0%;combined with PET/CT The diagnostic accuracy of the second biopsy for positioning was 98.1%,the sensitivity was 97.3%,the specificity was 100%,and the false negative rate was2.7%(P <0.05).No serious complications occurred in all cases. Conclusion PET/CT can be used as an imaging supplement for the diagnosis of lung cancer, and has good application value.Combining with enhanced CT can improve the accuracy of diagnosis;according to the imaging performance of PET/CT,selecting the area of interest for puncture has more advantages.Good diagnostic accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, and safety are of great value in the positioning of secondary puncture diagnosis in patients with multiple lung lesions.
