The Study Of The Correlation Between Prostate MRI,DWI And MRS Examination With Pathological Results Of Prostate Biopsy

Objective: By analyzing the relationship between MRI,DWI,MRS examination and pathological results of prostate biopsy,to discuss the guiding significance of MRI,DWI,MRS examination for clinical prostate biopsy,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 175 patients undergoing transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy from January 2014 to January 2020 in the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University.The Patients was distinguished by PSA,named ≤4 ng/ml,4-l0 ng/ml,10-20ng/ml,>20 ng/ml,analyzing the relationship between the PSA,MRI,DWI,MRS and the positive rate of prostate biopsy.SPSS statistics 21 software were used to analyze the data.Results: When PSA<20 ng/ml,the positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy was lower(28.4%);when PSA≥20 ng/ml,the positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy was significantly higher(74.0%).The positive MRI or DWI examination has a higher positive rate of prostate biopsy than the negative(P=0.001).The positive biopsy rate in positive MRI or DWI was 61.8% and73.5% respectively.The positive biopsy rate in positive MRS was 63.3%,has no significant difference with negative MRS(P=0.11).The positive biopsy rate was 76.7% when MRI and DWI are all positive,higher than positive MRI and negative DWI(P=0.049).The rate was 66.7% when MRI and MRS are all positive,has no significant difference with MRI positive and MRS negative(P=0.99).There was no statistical significance in the pathologically positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy between the group with positive results of MRI,DWI and MRS single examination and the group with positive results of combined examination(P>0.05).Conclusions: Prostate MRI examination,DWI examination and MRI combined with DWI examination can increase the biopsy positive rate.Prostate MRS and MRI combined with MRS examination can’t effectively increase biopsy positive rate.
