With the continuous promotion of the reform of the medical system and the deepening of the marketization of the medical industry,the public’s expectations for the service quality of medical institutions are higher and higher,and the service quality has become the focus of the medical industry.Due to the large number of social capital participants,the quality of medical services in private hospitals is uneven.This paper studies the service quality of private hospital Qingdao New Century Women’s and Children’s Hospital by means of investigation,literature and comparison.The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for the evaluation and management of the hospital service quality and promote the improvement of the hospital service quality.After giving an account of the origin of the study,the present situation of the service quality of Qingdao New Century Women’s and children’s Hospital was studied,combined with the present situation of the medical service of Qingdao New Century Women’s and children’s hospital,the construction of service quality evaluation model of Qingdao New Century Women’s and children’s Hospital was carried out and the existing problems were found.The results show that Qingdao New Century Women’s and Children’s Hospital ’s medical service quality satisfaction is high,and the medical service quality among different survey dimensions is relatively balanced.This shows that the medical service quality of Qingdao new century women’s and children’s hospital is at a high level,but the satisfaction of different survey items is quite different.The weak points of medical service quality in Qingdao New Century Women’s and Children’s Hospital in the new century are hospital brand building,medical service price,unable to meet patients’ demands and personalized medical service.According to the weak points of medical service quality in Qingdao New Century Women’s and Children’s Hospital in the new century,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the quality of medical service.In the basic principle,it should take the patient’s satisfaction as the core,and improve the quality of medical service in our hospital around the medical service content that patients care about.The core path to improve the medical service quality of Qingdao New Century Women’s and Children’s Hospital in the new century is to take the weak points in medical service as the breakthrough point and introduce improvement measures.(1)By doing a good job of patient maintenance,arranging advertising,relying on the third party,the doctor’s personal brand transformation,strengthen the hospital brand construction.(2)Improve the service attitude and behavior of medical staff.(3)Adhere to patients’ demands as the guidance,take patients as the main factor to implement medical services,and meet patients’ demands with fine diagnosis and treatment.(4)Personalized and high-end treatment methods,to provide patients with full track treatment,personalized treatment costs.(5)The price of medical services can be controlled by strictly implementing the price regulations of medical administrative departments,carrying out internal supervision,rewards and punishments,and consciously accepting external supervision.The research of this paper has certain theoretical significance and strong practical significance.In theory,the paper combines the theory of customer satisfaction and corporate image with the hospital closely,and adds the scenario elaboration of the theory of customer satisfaction and corporate image,which makes the theory have better explanatory power for the research object.With a new round of medical and health system reform in our country,all levels of society put forward higher and higher requirements for medical services.In this paper,Qingdao new century women’s and children’s Hospital as the research object,through investigation and research,to explore the problems in the hospital’s medical service,and then put forward measures to improve the hospital’s medical service quality,improve the medical service management,innovate the service mode and improve the patient’s satisfaction.
