Objective: To understand the incidence of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence and to find the main factors affecting the occurrence of the disease,so as to provide more theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods: Parturients who were hospitalized in Handan Central Hospital for delivery from March 2019 to September 2020 and had a follow-up visit in an outpatient clinic 6 to 8 weeks postpartum were selected. After I have informed consent, fill out the questionnaire, collect the basic information of the parturient and obstetrics and other related information, and use the pelvic floor biostimulation feedback device to operate by a professionally trained physician. The preliminary results are obtained through the collection and analysis of the electromyographic signals on the body surface of the parturient. The value of maternal pelvic floor muscle strength.Analyze the obtained maternal data, and finally included 756 questionnaires that met the standard.According to the presence or absence of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI),they were divided into two groups, and SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for sorting, single factor analysis was performed by χ2 test or fisher’s exact test, and multiple factors were performed by binary logistic regression. The difference is statistically significant with P<0.05.Results: 1.Among the 756 parturients in this study, there were 156 cases in postpartum SUI group(20.63%)and 600 cases in postpartum non-SUI group(79.39%).In the SUI group, mild was found in 113cases(72.4%),moderate in 39 cases(25.0%),and severe in 4 cases(2.6%).2.Univariate analysis: Comparing the pelvic floor muscle strength between the SUI group and the non-SUI group, there was significant difference in the risk of postpartum SUI between the two groups. In addition, there were significant differences in the risk of postpartum SUI among age, mode of delivery, weight gain during pregnancy,SUI during pregnancy, pelvic floor exercise during pregnancy, fetal frequency, neonatal weight and lateral perineotomy.3.Multivariate regression analysis: Multivariate regression analysis found delivery method [OR=2.541,95%CI(1.306 ~ 4.941),P=0.006],weight gain during pregnancy [OR=2.602,95%CI(1.168 ~ 5.795),P=0.019],pelvic pelvis during pregnancy Functional exercise [OR=2.981,95%CI(1.631 ~ 5.49),P=0.000],SUI during pregnancy [OR=7.212,95%CI(3.914 ~ 13.289),P=0.000],newborn weight [OR =2.402,95%CI(1.829 ~ 6.771),P=0.012] and pelvic floor muscle fast muscle strength[OR=1.968,95%CI(1.071 ~ 3.616),P=0.029] are the main influencing factors of postpartum SUI(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Vaginal delivery, excessive weight gain during pregnancy, newborn weight ≥4000g,pelvic floor functional exercise during pregnancy,SUI during pregnancy and abnormal pelvic floor fast muscle strength are the main influencing factors of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.2.Controlling weight gain during pregnancy and carrying out effective pelvic floor exercises can help reduce the risk of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.3.Pelvic floor muscle strength testing can detect abnormalities of pelvic floor muscle strength early. It is recommended that women undergo regular pelvic floor muscle strength assessment during postpartum follow-up visits to prevent the occurrence of postpartum stress urinary.
