Objective: To investigate primiparous women Jinzhong areas the incidence of urinary incontinence and composition ratio of primiparous women 6 weeks postpartum, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years the prevalence of urinary incontinence, proportion, research primiparous women 6 weeks postpartum, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years the prevalence of stress urinary incontinence, composition ratio of urban and rural women, postpartum stress urinary incontinence Health related factors of disease, understand the different post-natal time characteristics of the prevalence of urinary incontinence and rules, looking for risk factors of urinary incontinence and preventive measures of protection. Methods: Methods of cluster sampling Taiyuan, Yuci, Jincheng, Yangquan four regions of the urban, suburban and 7 survey sites, the survey points collected in rural and urban residents conducted a questionnaire survey on the age, occupation, education level , weight, blood pressure, menstrual history, pregnancy history, mode of delivery, birth weight, production time and other factors were analyzed, the actual completion of the investigation 964 (485 urban, suburban and 485). The questionnaire included basic information, disease-related clinical data, the situation complicated delivery cases during pregnancy, female urinary incontinence, lower urinary tract symptoms international standard questionnaire (Bristol questionnaire-IQ-FLUTS) five parts. Statistical analysis software used PSSl6.0 data entry and analysis.Results:1. Shanxi Jinzhong primipara pregnancy UI, SUI, UUI and MUI incidence rates were 24.69%, 15.77%, 1.97%, 6.95%; 6 weeks postpartum UI, SUI, UUI and MUI prevalence were 3.84%, 2.49%, 0.31%, 1.04%; 3 months postpartum UI, SUI, UUI and MUI, prevalence rates were 11.2%, 6.85%, 1.14%, 3.22%; UI at 6 months postpartum , SUI, UUI and MUI, prevalence rates were 20.75%, 12.76%, 1.18%, 5.81%; 1 year postpartum UI, SUI, UUI and MUI, prevalence rates were 24.79%, 15.04%, 2.80% 6.95%; 2 years postpartum UI, SUI, UUI and MUI, prevalence rates were 24.69%, 14.83%, 2.80%, 7.16%.2. Shanxi Jinzhong primipara pregnancy SUI, UUI and MUI composition ratio were 63.87%, 7.98%, 28.15%; 6 weeks postpartum SUI, MUI and, UUI composition ratio were 64.86%, 8.11% , 27.03%; 3 months postpartum SUI, MUI and, UUI composition ratio of 61.11%, 10.19%, 28.7%; 6 months postpartum SUI, MUI and, UUI constituent ratio of 61.5%, 10.5% , 28.0%; 1 year postpartum SUI, MUI and, UUI composition ratio were 60.67%, 11.34%, 28.03%; 2 years postpartum SUI, MUI and, UUI composition ratio were 60.08%, 11.34% 28.99%. Early pregnancy and postpartum maternal UI are based on the composition of SUI than the main, followed by MUI and UUI.3. UI, UUI, SUI, MUI's highest incidence of pregnancy at 6 weeks postpartum to minimize the prevalence of postpartum 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after the gradual rise in the postpartum 1 year, 2 years prenatal period and to maintain a relatively flat and stable level.4. Shanxi Jinzhong incidence of urinary incontinence during pregnancy in early gestation of maternal 8 to 41 weeks, mean gestational age 39.73±1.14. The peak incidence during pregnancy is 32 weeks, urinary incontinence during pregnancy accounted for the overall number of cases made 89.0% (858/964), the incidence of urinary incontinence after delivery frequency and delivery method and delivery related.5. whether the occurrence of postpartum urinary incontinence associated with a statistically significant factors include: age, body mass index, parity, birth weight, postpartum hemorrhage, the first stage of labor.6. Shanxi Jinzhong first 2 years postpartum risk factors for urinary incontinence, age, mode of delivery, pregnancy-related urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence at 6 weeks postpartum; and cesarean section (P = 0.034, OR = 0.499) , sexual satisfaction (P = 0.033, OR = 0.55), lower systolic blood pressure (P = 0.045, OR = 0.922) was protective factors of urinary incontinence, and the occurrence of postpartum urinary incontinence and parity and delivery methods are interactions.Conclusion:1. Shanxi Jinzhong primiparous women in the lower prevalence of urinary incontinence, including stress urinary incontinence is the most common type. Followed by mixed urinary incontinence, urge incontinence, consistent with national coverage.2. Shanxi Jinzhong stress urinary incontinence in primiparous women, the earliest in pregnancy, and with the gestational age increased the prevalence of stress urinary incontinence has gradually increased, in the 6 weeks postpartum, the prevalence of stress urinary incontinence Rate to a minimum, after the activities and work with the intensity of postpartum stress urinary incontinence increase in the prevalence is rising, and 1 to 2 years after giving birth, remained at a relatively stable level.3. Shanxi Jinzhong primipara incidence of urinary incontinence during pregnancy for the pregnancy, the incidence of urinary incontinence after childbirth and pregnancies and childbirth the way, vaginal delivery group and the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence prevalence in the cesarean production group.4. Shanxi Province, the early postpartum Jinzhong 2 years the incidence of urinary incontinence risk factors include: age, occupation, education, body mass index, exercise, quality of life, birth weight, postpartum hemorrhage, and cesarean section, resistance life satisfaction, lower systolic blood pressure is a protective factor for urinary incontinence.5. Shanxi Jinzhong primiparous women during pregnancy or before pregnancy can increase the presence of urinary incontinence after vaginal delivery, incidence of urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence during pregnancy and prenatal increased body mass index increased incidence of urinary incontinence after cesarean section.6. vaginal delivery is a risk factor for postpartum urinary incontinence, cesarean section is protective factors of postpartum urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence and vaginal delivery group, stress urinary incontinence prevalence in the cesarean section group.
