Objective:To explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation model on cardiopulmonary function, exercise endurance,NT proBNP level and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure?CHF?by using cardiopulmonary exercise test?CPET?,which used to evaluate the overall cardiopulmonary function of the patients, and formulated individual rehabilitation exercise prescription precisely. Methods:The 98 cases of chronic heart failure diagnosed internal medicine clinical, were selected from department of cardiology of the first hospital of shanxi medical university and affiliated cardiovascular disease hospital from October 2015 to February 2017,and collected the basic data and clinical data of all patients. They were divided into control group and cardiac rehabilitation group according to the order of treatment and the willingness to participate,49 cases in each group. The patients of control group were given routine anti heart failure treatment and etiological treatment. The patients of rehabilitation group were given the program of cardiac rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. All patient monitored CPET check related indexes, echocardiogram, blood biochemical indexes,6MWT and quality of life questionnaire data with recording the result and statistical analysis at the beginning and end of the experiment. To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function, exercise endurance,NT proBNP level and quality of life of the patients with chronic heart failure. Results:Before rehabilitation,There were no significant difference in AT,VO2max,O2pulse,forced vital capacity?FVC?,forced expiratory volume in first second?FEV1?,the chase volume?MVV?,left ventricular ejection fraction?LVEF?,left ventricular diastolic final diameter?LVEDD?,left ventricular systolic the inner diameter?LVESD?,left ventricular end systolic volume?LVESV?,left ventricular end diastolic volume?LVEDV?,NT proBNP level,6 minutes walking distance?6MWD?and QoL score between control group and CR group?P>0.05?.After rehabilitation,AT,VO2max,O2pulse,MVV,LVEF,LVESV,LVEDV,6MWD of patients in CR group were significantly higher than the control group, respectively,NT proBNP lever and QoL score of patients in CR group were significantly lower than those of patients in control group,respectively?P<0.05?.For patients in control group,There were no significant difference in AT,VO2max,O2pulse,FVC,FEV1,MVV,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,LVESV,LVEDV,NT proBNP level,6MWD and QoL score before and after treatment?P>0.05?;For patients in CR group,AT,VO2max,O2pulse,MVV,LVEF,LVESV,LVEDV,6MWD after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, respectively,NT proBNP lever and QoL score after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment?P<0.05?.Conclusion:The patients of chronic heart failure with cardiac rehabilitation exercise treatment, not only can improve the patients'cardiopulmonary function and improve the patients exercise endurance and quality of life,at the same time also can reduce NT proBNP level. It is an important part of secondary prevention CHF patients,so deserved to promote widely.
