Objective:Prevention and treatment of heart disease is still in the level of developed countries in 1960s, with the incidence of heart disease increased year by year, nearly 10 years of domestic cardiac rehabilitation has gradually developed and perfected, but most concentrated in chronic coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases rehabilitation, with the development of interventional cardiovascular medicine, cardiac rehabilitation changed from traditional cardiovascular internal medicine rehabilitation to the development of rehabilitation after cardiovascular interventional therapy, the overseas study practice has proved that the rehabilitation exercise therapy after cardiovascular intervention, improve the quality of life of patients from a variety of physiological, psychological, social and other aspects, has very important significance in China; there is no about cardiac resynchronization therapy (cardiac resynchronization therapy, CRT) related research reports of postoperative rehabilitation. Therefore, we study the effect of system rehabilitation education, professional rehabilitation guidance on physical fitness, quality of life and psychological status of CRT patients.Methods:a total of 58 CRT cases, were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n=28) and control group (n=30), patients in the rehabilitation group have the basis clinical treatment and nursing education, and rehabilitation physicians of system education to establish healthy life style, change bad living habits and physical ability, and functional exercise professional guidance; patients in the control group were only given routine clinical treatment and nursing education. After discharge, and after surgery in 1 month, 3 months and 6 months, compare physical fitness (6 minutes walking test, Borg index) and differences in quality of life and psychological status (Chinese version of the SF-36 Health Survey Schedule) of two groups by outpatient regular follow-up visits and telephone follow-up, changes in lifestyle, in order to analyze the effects of different interventions for patients.Results:The outpatient regular follow-up visits and telephone follow-up evaluation of the postoperative CRT patients in rehabilitation group, when they were discharged from the hospital, after surgery in 1 month,3 months and 6 months, their lifestyle change better, physical fitness improve more obvious (6 minutes walk test, Borg index) (P< 0.01), the physical functioning, general health, energy, role emotional and mental health scores of the SF-36 health survey table Chinese version were significantly improved, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:① The system and professional rehabilitation health education, as the interventions to the CRT patients, can improve the chronic heart failure patients to understanding of disease and health awareness, more stringent control of the risk factors, establish a healthy lifestyle, develop good living habits and psychological mode of thinking, to improve the curative effect after CRT;② Rehabilitation exercise guidance, change the old concept of postoperative bed rest, enhance the awareness of the activities of patients, so that patients to participate in activities, physical recovery faster, promote postoperative recovery, improve the quality of life.③ The system and professional rehabilitation health education, as the interventions to the CRT patients, the psychological status of the patients changed, mainly to a change in the eight aspects of physiological function, physical function, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health, and quality of life has improved significantly.
