Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Self-made Suihaihuayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage(HICH)

Objective:This subject is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Suihai Huayu Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH),and to initially explore whether the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)by Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can promote the absorption of hematoma,and observe that it can improve the symptoms and symptoms of neurological deficits.Whether it has a certain positive effect on improving the patient’s self-care ability in life.Provide more clinical and theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Forty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who meet the criteria for inclusion in this subject are divided into treatment group and control group using random number table method for simple single-blind grouping.Patients in the control group were given symptomatic treatments such as general treatment,hemostasis and prevention of rebleeding,reasonable adjustment and control of blood pressure,and reduction of neuroedema to reduce intracranial pressure.The treatment group was given the same symptomatic treatment according to the treatment principle of the control group;24 hours after the onset of disease,a dose of self-made Suihai Huayu Decoction was given every day,twice in the morning and evening(feeding by nasal catheter if necessary).The treatment course of the two groups was 14 days.The head CT hematoma volume and clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed in detail,and various observation indexes were carefully compared.Use SPSS 22.0system software for data integration and statistical processing to complete the statistical work of various index data.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the two groups of patients showed that the absorption of hematoma in the head CT of the patients in the treatment group was generally higher than that in the control group.The patients in the treatment group improved the prognosis of the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improved the patients’ ability to take care of themselves after illness.It is also better than the control group in terms of difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Self-made Suihai Huayu Decoction can promote the absorption of hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.2.The Self-made Suihai Huayu Decoction has a certain positive effect in improving the symptoms of nerve defects and improving the self-care ability of patients in life.
