| Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical medical records of Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis in the compensatory phase.Summarize Professor Xie Jingri’s law of traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease.Provide reference experience for clinical treatment.Method:Through the use of the Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),the firstl medical records from January 2010 to December 2020 are retrospectively analyzed and studied.Collect the cases of compensated patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who meet the inclusion criteria.Record relevant information of medical records.Enter it into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.Perform data statistical analysis on medical records.Results:1.Among the 160 patients collected in this study,85 are males and 75 are females.There are more male patients than female patients.The age group of patients is mainly between 45 and 54 years old.2.A total of 13 7 clinical symptoms of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the compensated stage were collected.In order of symptom frequency,the top 10 symptoms are fatigue,hypochondriac pain,abdominal distension,anorexia,painful mouth,poor sleep sound,dry mouth,yellow and greasy fur,loose stools,and stringy pulse.The TCM syndrome types are mainly stagnation of liver qi and accumulation of damp-heat.3.From high to low,the frequency statistics of the four qi of Chinese medicine are warm medicine,cold medicine,flat medicine,cold medicine,and no hot medicine.The five flavors of Chinese medicine are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The spleen,stomach and liver are the most common in the meridian of Chinese medicine.4.In this study,a total of 149 kinds of Chinese medicines were actually used.The top 15 Chinese medicines used were Bupleurum,Astragalus,Jiaobaizhu,Perilla Seed,Sunburst Turtle,Bergamot,Tangerine Peel,Coix Seed,and Lysimachia,Jiao Shenqu,White Cardamom,Poria,Forsythia,Turmeric,Amomum villosum.5.Through data analysis,48 groups of drug combinations were obtained in the medication mode section,and 43 groups of drug combinations were obtained in the rule analysis module.A total of 15 drugs are involved.The drug combination is mostly based on Bupleurum,such as Bupleurum-Astragalus-Jiaobaizhu,Bupleurum-bergamot-Perilla seed and so on.6.Based on data mining of cluster analysis,24 groups of core drug combinations were extracted.8 pieces of potential new party are determined after screening.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Jingri’s treatment of patients with compensated hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis is mainly characterized by stagnation of the liver,spleen deficiency,damp-heat,phlegm-dampness,stagnation of qi or stagnation of qi to transform fire 1.Concluded that stagnation of liver qi and accumulation of damp-heat are the main pathogenesis.2.Professor Xie Jingri’s treatments for this disease are mainly sweet,bitter,pungent and herbs that return to spleen,stomach and liver meridian.Commonly used core medicines are Bupleu rum,Astragalus,Jiaobaizhu,Perilla Seed,Roasted Turtle,Bergamot,Tangerine Peel,Coix Seed,Lysimachia,Jiao Shenqu,White Cardamom,Poria,Forsythia,Turmeric,Amomum villosum.3.Professor Xie Jingri treats hepatitis B compensatory liver cirrhosis with the idea of "soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen and promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat,removing dampness and detoxification"... |
