Functional electrical stimulation(FES)is a widely used injury rehabilitation technology.It uses electrical stimulation to the dyskinesia muscle parts of the human body to improve the muscle condition to maintain and restore its motor function.The surface electromyography(sEMG)is a comprehensive bioelectric phenomenon generated in the human epidermis by neuromuscular transduction of bioelectric signals produced by motor neurons of the central nervous system.It has a wide range of applications in the fields of rehabilitation medicine and human-computer interaction.This thesis studies a wireless multi-channel FES system combined with sEMG,aiming to provide precise,safe and portable medical rehabilitation equipment solutions for muscle rehabilitation training,muscle fatigue alleviating,muscle recovery state analysis and other applications.The system includes two parts: the device part and the receiver part.The device part including circuits and control programs is mainly designed for the sEMG acquisition with adjustable sampling rate in 200 Hz to 2k Hz,and the FES implement with bipolar constant current and adjustable parameters such as waveform,frequency,intensity and pulse width.The receiver part provides a graphical interface control software and a Bluetooth Low-Energy(BLE)transceiver circuit for wireless communication,it can receive sEMG signals in real time for observation and analysis,select any channel in the multi-channel electrode to implement FES and control the state and adjust parameters of the FES in real time.The electrode connecting method of this system is simple,the equipment operation is flexible,and the isolation safety is high.Experimental tests show that the system works stably,can output electrical stimulation waveforms according to the preset parameters,the error of the intensity is controlled within 3% and the error of the frequency is controlled within 5%.The system can collect real-time muscle motion information effectively,has a signal-to-noise ratio of about 25 d B and finally achieves the system function of FES combined with the feedback of sEMG signals.It is suitable for application scenario of nerve injury treatment,muscle recovery training and assessment.
