SEMG Feedback Diagnosis And Treatment System

sEMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system is a comprehensive diagnosis and therapy system in rehabilitation science. Its function contains sEMG sampling, low frequency electric stimulation, biofeedback electric stimulation and sEMG evaluation. It gives treatment based on the analysis of sEMG to make the treatment more reliable and scientific. sEMG feedback diagnosis and treatment system is pretty valuable in curing low back pain, stroke and amyotrophy.This thesis introduces the design and development of the whole system. The thesis introduces lower computer and its hardware system first. Lower computer has four parts, including sampling circuit, powering circuit, CPU circuit and stimulating circuit. Structure, function and working principle of every part are presented first. Then it introduces the design of the hardware system’s PCB. Next the thesis introduces the software system of upper computer. The software system is composed of five parts, including patient management, sEMG sampling, low frequency electric stimulation, feedback electric stimulation and sEMG evaluation. First it explains the demand analysis and demand description of the system. Then it introduces the design, advantage and feature of each part of the software system. Eventually the thesis introduces the indexes and methods to evaluate sEMG nowadays, such as muscle strength and fatigue, and the outcome of the software system, such as interesting area analysis and multiparameter contrast of sEMG.In the end the thesis introduces three standards which the system follows and clinical experiments of sampling and stimulating held in hospital which have a good outcome.
