| Objective:This study aimed to investigate the treatment of the spleen-Yang deficiency in Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by warming-strengthening the spleen.Research Methods:Choosing60patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and in syndromes "Spleen-Yang deficiency",60patients were randomly divided into two groups,30cases of treated with Fuzilizhong Decoction group (treatment group) and30cases of Gushenchangan Joint bifid triple viable capsule control group (control group). Statistics and compared two groups of patients before and after treatment TCM syndrome score, individual symptom scores and quality of life scores by using the questionnaire survey.Purpose:The total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%, while the control group was73.3%. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05), the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group. The total score of Both groups were significantly decreased, showed us a significant difference (P<0.01),so the treatment of Both groups were able to improve the patients with syndromes Points. The treatment group Patients of TCM syndrome score differences is obviously higher than control group, the TCM syndrome score difference between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01),treatment group in improving aspects of TCM syndrome was significantly more than the control group. Individual symptoms, The treatment group improved patient pain and abdominal discomfort, stool frequency, stool shape more significant effect (P<0.05). In quality of life, the integral of energy, pain and discomfort, digestive function, stool, independence, psychology in treatment group all had a significant improvement (P<0.01), the integral of pain and discomfort, psychology in control group had improved(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than control group in energy, digestive function, stool, independence, psychology.Conclution:The treatment of the spleen-Yang deficiency in Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by warming-strengthening the spleen had a good clinical efficacy. And can effectively improve the quality of life. |
